Vacation rentals with a fireplace in North Rhine-Westphalia

Staying with Marvin was spotless from start to finish! The apartment is very lovingly decorated and immediately made us feel at home - the garden with a view was our absolute highlight. Communication was 1A, no matter what issue we had, Marvin responded within a very short time. We highly recommend staying with Marvin! :)

We felt very comfortable in Christina's house. The amenities are very high quality and thoughtful. We were particularly pleased that the dog was able to come along and that there were so many games for the kids. You can also quickly walk down to the lake or walk a bit into the forest, from where you have a beautiful view of Lake Rur. We highly recommend taking the boat across the lake - you can get off and back at the stops. After checking out, we had an exchange with Christina because of an ambiguity and that was very friendly and transparent at all times. Therefore, we can fully recommend not only the house, but also the landlady:-)

Was a nice stay and the landlords very kind. The access to the apartment is still in need of improvement, but otherwise everything is super nicely made and totally great to relax. Thanks for the wonderful time. We'll happily come back anytime 👍

Beate wasn't around, but Thomas hosted us excellently, even providing us with dinner on the first night for which he refused extra payment. The house itself was done up in a rustic way, but very well and very clean. Washing machine broke (after washing fine for a couple of loads), but Thomas quickly sorted out the wash and replaced the machine itself. The kids loved the table tennis table, and slide and swings. The road was very quiet, but particularly because the road was temporarily closed further down so may be busier at other times. Countryside was lovely, with mad hares spotted on different mornings outside the large lounge window. Overall we had a great family stay here, and were very happy to stay a bit further outside of Monschau to have the outside space for the children.

We had a very nice, albeit rainy time, in Alexandra's sweet house. Everything you need is there, the dog also felt very comfortable and the garden is very nice. We'll be happy to come back. Communication with Alexandra was straightforward and easy.

We were there for a little rest trip and did surrounding beautiful hiking tours. Achim and Rita had suitable recommendations for this. It was a very pleasant communication. The place was very well equipped as shown in the pictures and impeccably clean. We took full advantage of the sauna and fireplace. The garden is also very comfortable. Absolutely recommend!

We had a few quiet days with snow and warmth in front of the fireplace. The apartment is well insulated and quiet with large living room and cozy couch. Fully equipped kitchen - even with spices. The bed was cozy and everything was really very clean! Everything in the description was accurate. We felt completely comfortable. We'd love to come back :-)

We had a great weekend there. The place is beautiful and the hostess was super friendly.

There were three of us plus our dog. The apartment was clean and tidy. We felt very comfortable here. The highlight for us was the wonderful view of the national park. The area is perfect for hiking. The hikes can be started directly from the house. The national park starts right around the corner. Richard is a very nice and helpful host. We can definitely recommend Richard's place. I'm sure we'll be back.

A really nice apartment with great amenities (lots of small special features... from lint roll to safe, a fireplace, an Alexa to a very good basic equipment of the kitchen). Everything has been thought of. It felt right at home. And if you forgot something, you could help yourself to the super-equipped kiosk (from various things to eat or drink to toiletries). Payment based on trust. Quick and friendly communication and clear instructions. The house is located in a quiet residential area, with bus stop almost right outside. By bike you were in the city center in 15 minutes. So super doable.

It was the most beautiful days we spent in Thomas's house. Everything was furnished and equipped as described on the pictures, from the garden to the bedrooms, the living room, the swimming pool and the sauna. Particularly noteworthy is the presence of a piano for those who can play, in addition to the wood-burning fireplace. The atmosphere was very exciting and everyone was happy. Thanks, Thomas.

We were traveling with 11 people over New Year's Eve. Communication with the hostess in advance and during was very friendly and pleasant. Everything in the nearby village is super easy to reach on foot, such as bakeries, restaurants, etc. The house is very impressive due to the quiet location and the extensive amenities. Be it a well-equipped kitchen, sauna, enough extra rooms for retreats, a nice fireplace or the separate adjoining bathrooms to each bedroom. For us, it was a perfect location and left nothing to be desired. We felt completely comfortable and will certainly return there again. :)

Beautiful house and super furnished, kitchen has everything for cooking, enough blankets and pillows, games, books. Were 16 people and despite bad weather and a lot of time in the house there was enough room for everyone :) Fast very nice communication with Lilia!

The castle is a dream and was perfect for our extended family meeting with 18 people. Very stylishly furnished, old furniture and high-quality design perfectly combined. And the garden is also beautiful! - We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back!

Ideal location and size for our family of 8 (5x adults and 3x children) to stay in and visit family nearby as well as days out.

Super quiet house. Plenty of space for different stays. Nice balcony overlooking the woods. All rooms are very spacious, there is plenty of space. The house is on the way alone adjacent to a forest. During the walks with the dogs, we did not meet hikers in April. So if you want to have your peace and quiet, the house and the forest are just right, we would love to come back. We really enjoyed our stay at Alexandra and Pit's beautiful home. The house is stylishly furnished and has all the comforts. The beds are lovely and linen and towels are of excellent quality. The kitchen is the heart of the house and we have served for hours with a view of a cozy crackling fireplace. The view of the hills and woods is beautiful and soothing. It really is a place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and to relax. Alexandra and Pit are the perfect hostess and hostess. They are very friendly, happy to help you if you need anything and at the same time respect your privacy. In short: we warmly recommend this stay. If you want to pamper yourself with a luxury stay in a beautiful area, this is the house you have to book!
