Farmstay vacation rentals in North Rhine-Westphalia

We stayed with Thorsten, his family and all the animals for 5 days. It was super nice, everyone is very friendly and we felt at home. The Hof von Thorsten is immersed in nature and you are awakened by birdsong. There were Easter eggs as a welcome and the apartment has everything you need and was very clean. Highly recommend! :)

We stayed for three nights with our children (2 and 4) and had a wonderful relaxing time. The house has a beautiful view on landly sceneries and is surrounded by woods, the children had fun playing in the garden. Several beautiful spots to visit closeby in Sauerland, lakes, walking, picnics etc. Heidrun and Udo were really lovely! All in all, 100 % recommended :-)!

Had a great few days staying here. Our main reason for visiting was the Nürburgring, but we found ourselves also exploring the beautiful surroundings. Esther and her parents were super friendly and we had a hassle free stay. Will definitely be back! Thank you :)

It is a 2 bedroom house and a bathroom and a small kitchen. I think the space is ideal for 2 people. The neighborhood is very calm and beautiful. We can buy eggs and homemade milk is amazing, I think I've never eaten so many eggs in so few days.

We felt extremely comfortable in the apartment. Everything you need is there, the apartment is very spacious, the location and the view are beautiful! And Gertraud was extremely friendly and accommodating, answered all questions very quickly and solved problems - thank you for the wonderful time we were able to enjoy in the apartment!

Thank you very much Claudia, our appointments in Bottrop and Essen were very easy to reach and due to the beautiful location on the nature reserve we could ideally enjoy the remaining time with our bikes. The organic market in Wesel is a very tasty tip. Kind regards from Bavaria.

A fairy-tale forest house experience Our stay at the forest house was simply fantastic! The quiet location in the middle of the forest was perfect for escaping the stress of everyday life and enjoying nature to the fullest. The house itself is furnished with a lot of love for detail and offers all the comfort you want. We were particularly impressed by the cozy atmosphere created by the fireplace and the stylish furnishings. The kitchen was well equipped, so we could easily self-cater. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. The surroundings of the forest house invite you to take long walks and hikes. We really enjoyed the fresh forest air and the picturesque scenery. Also the proximity to nearby attractions is a plus. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. They provided us with valuable tips about the surroundings and would have been available at any time.

The place was wonderful – clean, cozy and designed with a lot of love. I was particularly enthusiastic about the farm shop and the vending machines, which offer regional products and treats 24/7. Convenient, tasty and unique! I'd love to come back

Super tiny house, very nicely decorated and everything there that is needed. We enjoyed the break very much. Not an absolute secluded location within sight but quietly located on a farm. Easy and straightforward check in and check out. Good communication - thank you Maximilian!

Super nice apartment, bigger than expected. Everything is nice and clean and complete. Friendly and helpful hosts. Beautiful quiet place, but amenities (supermarket etc.) can all be reached within 10 minutes. Our toddler enjoyed themselves on the farm with the go-kart, trampoline and feeding the animals. We also did the treasure hunt, the forest trails were blubbery and sometimes difficult to pass, for us only extra fun and adventurous. But maybe a smaller scavenger hunt on the grounds of the farm itself is also a nice addition for the little ones or those who have difficulty walking.

What a paradise it is at Anja's! The house, the surroundings, the animals, the tranquility, and Anja is so friendly! My daughter loved it with all the animals and especially walking with the dog. You walk out the door and you are immediately in a beautiful nature reserve, ideal if you like hiking. It was a great experience there we will definitely come back!!!

Quiet, private place on the lake. The weather did not allow for a swimming pool. Spacious loft for 8 people. But without a car, logistics will be difficult. The owner and staff are very friendly, and quickly solve emerging needs while staying.

We had a wonderful weekend in Stemwede! The outdoor kitchen is just a dream and the garden is much bigger than it appears in the pictures! That surprised me very positively. In the morning you can hear the rooster crowing, which rounded off the country feeling at breakfast on the terrace of the tiny house. 🥰 The outdoor shower is totally cute and really fun in the sunshine! My companion accidentally broke a bowl while washing up, which she was supposed to replace with €25. It would have been nice to read something like this as a note in the description, then we would have brought our own dishes for safety. Otherwise, everything was totally beautiful! :) I will definitely be back! Gerd and Kathinka are both exceptionally lovely people. A very nice and quiet Airbnb, everything was available. The hosts are super nice and gave me helpful tips for the area. The stairs up are a bit narrow, which should be taken into account if necessary😅. The garden and the animals are also really nice. Thank you!

Sabrina is a super warm hostess where you immediately feel comfortable. Everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. We were able to really relax and slow down here and allow ourselves a little break from the fast pace of everyday life. We enjoyed the time very much. Thank you for everything!

Everything was great!

I was Kunterbunt with my 3 year old son for one night. It was a super nice experience, we all grilled together and made stick bread. A great place to stay for both kids and adults. You can either cuddle socializing and animals or enjoy nature and the beautiful tiny house. We felt so warmly welcomed, we will be happy to come back!

We more than enjoyed the time in the beautiful big house and especially in the beautiful garden. Beautiful memories remain in the circle of loved ones...
