Heidi communicated very well with us! She let us know of any changes on the property. She also gave thorough, detailed instructions on how to find the drive to the Riverside Cabins which was very helpful!! The driveway can be hard to find as the GPS will take you to the drive on the OTHER side of the riverside cabins. If it weren't for Heidi's directions with it being the 2nd one after the bus stop signs, we would've been confused, but just knowing that small detail really helped make it easy to find. There is a book inside the cabin that has all the rules broken down including what to do when checking out. It also has many different options of things to do or places to eat or hike in the area. I absolutely LOVED how pet friendly they are. They included under the emergency numbers the local vet clinic number for your furry friend, but they also have dog waste bags and garbage around the property to make it easy to clean up after your pet. It was very relaxing and comfortable overall.

Perfect place to stay while attending a wedding at the Farmette. Listing was exactly as described. Clean and cozy. Would definitely book again the future !

I can't say enough good things about my stay at this listing and Michael and Jenny's wonderful hospitality throughout. Just super nice people, easy to communicate with and always responsive. This is truly a gem of a listing for anyone needing a home away from home while visiting Boulder county! I was at the listing for an extended stay and was pleased to find that everything I needed was already provided. The space is extremely clean and neat–all recently remodeled and well thought-out in terms of function and comfort. The wi-fi is amazingly fast, which is nice if you need to get a little remote work done. The private entrance is also nice for easy access. Overall just a 10/10 stay!
