The garage can be used to store your bikes or ski's and parking available in front of house for vehicles. Walking out the front door is a beautiful view of Longs Peak and the Rocky Mountains. I have two "Scottish Fold" cats who live in my space so, if you have cat allergies this may not be the place for you.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Small kitchen with hot plate and cooking utensils. Nice mattress with views of the sunrise. Full bath. Nice couch with Netflix on tv. Desk for those that want to work. 13 miles to Boulder 20 miles to Nederland 27 miles to Eldora Ski Resort 9 miles to Gold Hill 30 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park Hiking all around. This is the coolest rental currently available in a charming town of Lyons. Guests will have access to upstairs main half or the house separated by private entrance. There is a large kitchen with everything you need, living room with 3 couches and lots of windows, great deck, amazing patios and yard. The home is recently remodeled with exceptional taste. The location is private, serene, but still walking distance to downtown. You can see wildlife like hummingbirds, deer, lynx and snow owls.

Located on the way to Rocky Mountain NP, directly across from Rocky Grass There is a full size pull down Murphy bed which sleeps two , the fairy loft sleeps one.Total occupancy two people maximum !
