Vacation rentals with beach access in St. Augustine Beach

Literally just steps to the beach. Great morning and evening views from upper balcony of sunrise and sunset. Had everything we needed for myself, husband, and pup. Water pressure in shower amazing! Make sure to check the book for the WiFi password early in stay for good internet connection. Full size fridge with freezer but no ice maker - not a problem. Bag of ice was there waiting for us and we paid it forward for the next guests. Highly recommend this location.

We love Low Tide and look forward to our beach trip every year! It's the absolute best pet friendly place to stay, my dogs always have the best time going for walks on the beach and hanging out in the beautiful backyard. Inside is cozy and comfortable too. The best part is being only steps away from the beach, and many great food options also within walking distance. My favorites are Burrito Works, Beachcomber, and Cone Heads for ice cream (and pup cups!) Low Tide has just about everything you could possibly need, and Laurie is always making improvements to her beautiful place. We're always sad when it's time to leave!

We had a great last-minute weekend! The place was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed. The property is beautiful, and the beach was just a short walk away—not overcrowded at all. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing escape!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cozy beach cottage! The property was everything we hoped for and more—clean, comfortable, and filled with charm. There’s an ocean view and we loved sitting on the deck in the evening listening to the sound of the waves. Beach access was just a short walk—less than five minutes—from the property, which made it incredibly easy to enjoy our morning walks and sunset strolls. The hosts, Kevin & Kamli, were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our trip. Our flight got in late, after dark, so they left a few lights on to make it easier for us to see when we arrived. If you’re looking for a beautiful, convenient, and well-cared-for spot in St. Augustine, this is the one. We can’t wait to come back and hope to stay longer during our next visit!

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at Kirsten's property. Everytime we go to St. Augustine, I look to see if it's available, sadly it's usually always booked, but for good reason. The place is spotless, comfortable, and great thought goes into staging the place with everything you could need. We come often and I will always continue to try and stay here. Amazing!

Exactly what we needed. Quiet, comfortable and so close to the ocean.

We love this Oceanside condo community and have stayed at various rentals dozens of times. Todd’s place was comfy and well equipped with beach chairs, toys for the kids, and a small bag for taking ice and soft drinks to the beach. Condo has two very large flat screen smart TVs. Well stocked kitchen, bath, and laundry. Todd was a gracious and responsive host. Great value. We will be back.

Bright, cheery place. Easy beach access. The patio is so relaxing. We had a great time! And Jennifer was a helpful and happy host!

The house was perfect. Michael and Farrah were very nice. You can’t ask for a better Airbnb clean, modern finishes, plenty of space for my family. We will be back and will absolutely recommend this house to friends and family. 6 stars for sure

Such a cute beach house that fit our family’s needs. The location was great and the house was clean. It was also super helpful that they had laundry detergent after our baby’s blow out. Even though it’s a pet-friendly rental, there were no lingering dog smells. The beds were also nicely firm. The one area for improvement would be the exterior - the grass was very overgrown, lots of weeds, ant hills, etc.

It’s always refreshing to stay somewhere that’s as-advertised. Jason’s place was nothing least of convenient and cost-friendly. It’s clean, stocked, and really just well taken care of. We were little as 3 minutes from the beginning of downtown and the tourist attractions. The beach is about 15-20 minutes ride and plenty of neighborhood friendly grocery stores to choose from. Now, there are lizards around the property but don’t be alarm as they are very harmless (it’s Florida). The water pressure from the shower was also underwhelming but we ran into this same problem in other parts of Florida. Nevertheless, we’ve definitely found our home for our next visits to St. Augustine. I don’t see us staying anywhere else!

We had a great time here. The view and beach are amazing. Just steps to the water and we saw dolphins every single day that we were there. Lots of pelicans flying by throughout the day as well! Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for an awesome beach. There are so many beautiful shells to be found on the beach! We also found a couple shark teeth, which was very exciting! The Reef, Aunt Kate’s, and Caps are all extremely close, with the Reef being within walking distance. Both decks are amazing and really help keep you cool and out of the sun. The house has a ton of beach toys, boogie boards, and chairs to use on the beach. Tons of lizards outside, which we thought was cool. We did see a few cockroaches in the house and had a run in with a Huntsman spider, but in no way did it impact our stay and it was to be expected. It is Florida after all! The house was very clean and we loved our stay here!

Ryan’s place was fantastic - stylish, spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything you could possibly need! I really enjoyed my stay there - the neighbourhood was very quiet and close to absolutely stunning beaches. Close to St Augustine but far enough out to feel relaxed and peaceful. Great restaurants nearby too! Co-host Kiersten kept in touch throughout my stay to check everything was going ok, which I really appreciated. This was my first visit to Florida (and the US!), but it certainly won’t be my last. Highly recommended - thanks Ryan and Kiersten :)

I had a wonderful vacation at Dominick's property with my son. The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully updated with tasteful decor. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The home is situated on a quiet street, just across from the beach, and within walking distance of restaurants, ice cream shops, and coffee spots. Dominick was very responsive to any questions I had, and I also had the pleasure of meeting him in person. I’m already looking forward to staying here again next year!

Great location for the beach. Beds extremely comfortable. Liked ping pong table. Wasn't noisy even though on A1A. If bringing pets, might want to bring rugs or small bed for them to lay on instead of bare concrete floor.

Highly recommend! Whitney and John were great hosts and easy to work with. They were very responsive and accommodating. Home was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and had everything our family needed! The pool was amazing our kids didn’t want to leave! Also easy beach access for kids. I can’t say enough good things about our stay! Will definitely be back!!!!

We come here every year for my son’s birthday and we always stay at “the condo”. Barbara takes such good care of us. She left a gift for my 4 year old this year and he absolutely adored it. So thoughtful of her. The sunrise on the patio is to die for and its short drive into St. Augustine. We love it here. 🥰

Beautiful view of the beach and right next to the pool. We had a short stay but so glad we chose to stay here. Also highly recommend Commanders Outpost restaurant (3 minute drive down the street) for a great dinner

This is my first experience at a condo. I chose to spend my Mother's Day here with my children, and I. I must say this day, the experience, and the host were nothing less than perfect.!

Love staying at Chris’s places! This was our second stay, happened to be in a different unit. We will definitely try to go again! The view is awesome and the accommodations are perfect for us, simple and as described. Chris is a great communicator, very helpful and friendly.

This place was just what we needed. Sitting on the balcony was great. The beach is beautiful and not very crowded.

Joe is an excellent host, responsive and friendly. Simple check in. Condo was nicely finished and well appropriated . Being a corner unit provided an extra wall of windows for awesome views. Right next to a pool and walkway to the beach. You couldn’t ask for more. Super host, super accommodations.

Cindy is rated super host. It's no wonder; she's easily accessible, responsive and delightful. The unit itself? 5 out of 5. Beautifully decorated and appointed. Great proximity to pools AND beach. My sisters and I enjoyed everything needed for a week-long stress free/care free vacation. We so enjoyed meals out on the balcony overlooking the lagoon pool. Would we go back? YYYEEESSS ... in a heartbeat. Thank you, Cindy!
