Beach condo vacation rentals in St. Augustine Beach

What a beautiful AirBNB! It was SO clean and was extremely comfortable. We had a wonderful long weekend and will definitely be back!

Jonathan’s place was fantastic. Clean comfy and spacious. The spot was located next to the community pool and just a short walk to the beach access. The unit had everything for hanging out and cooking in the unit to beach accessories so we didn’t have to lug our own to his place. Would highly recommend and will be booking again!

Stay a week and relax. I was nervous about “Boho-chic” but if that’s the style it’s super chill and not tacky. The yoga den rocks, the beds are comfy , the pool is awesome and the beach is always there !!

Great get-away for our 52 anniversary. Beach was beautiful so different than coastline in Daytona. Unit has everything you need dont need to bring anything but clothing. We had breakfast and lunch in and ventured out to lots restaurants being recommended. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Our family really enjoyed Elena's condo at the beach. The apartment was very nicely updated with a very well stocked kitchen to cook meals. The furniture was comfortable and everything was very clean. It was nice to have a view of the pool and it was a short walk to the beach or the pool that was covered on a rainy day. The apartment had everything you could need and even some nice snacks. Elena even had a little beach bucket with beach goodies for our twin granddaughters. The closet with beach toys and chairs really had everything you could want for use on the beach. The grounds of the condo were beautiful and very well maintained. We watched the staff clean the pool every morning. You can tell when a host cares about their guests comfort and this one does!

Had a great stay with our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids). The views and location can’t be beat, and for us that’s all we really cared about. Minor disappointment was just the heated pool still being too cold for our young kiddos, but that’s certainly no fault of the condo. If you want to be right on the beach with easy access to a quiet, clean, and essentially perfect piece of oceanfront property, jump on it. We liked the location too; quiet area but still accessible to all that St. Augustine has to offer.

I only wish there was one more star for “perfect”. We didn’t have to contact Brenda at all for our entire 5 night stay. Everything we needed to know was explained clearly before we got there and our entire stay was perfect from start to finish. The condo was spotless and amenities were wonderful. Thank you Brenda, for helping to make our vacation memorable.

Skippers Hideaway was just so relaxing. This condo has everything you need to just kick back and relax. From a very well stocked kitchen to the comfortable, clean living room furniture and clean new sheets and towels in the primary bedroom & bathrooms. New front load washer and dryer, newer appliances in the kitchen. New laminate flooring through out. We will definitely be back!

Jeremy’s place was everything we wanted! Incredibly clean, had everything we needed (even had snacks and a bottle of wine waiting for us after our 10 hour road trip). Incredibly easy access to a peaceful beach and tons of cards games and board games for downtime at the condo. He was responsive and very friendly to any and all questions we had. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

Lisa was very prompt and courteous from the moment I inquired about renting the condo. She always stayed in touch to make sure my needs were met. Her place is lovely and perfect !! Great security gated entrance , front door electronic code on door all easy to manage. Love the view !! From the balcony and master bedrrom .. Amazing views !! , The landscaping all around the property is beautiful. Both pools were wonderful !! Im an early riser and to see the sunrise every morning was amazing !!! One big plus was we got to watch one of the rocket launches that night !! Even though it launched from Cape Canaveral we still saw it from the beach at 1118pm that night !!. Beds are comfortable slept on the king bed huge !! Overall I would give it 5 STARS . The views from both balcony’s were amazing and the pools were wonderful. Gated access to beach a good feature, loved the send red lights on the boardwalk to beach is a plus at night !! We will return !! Jackie

Great location. Beach chairs and umbrella supplied (or pay $150 to rent them for 3 days at nearby store). I couldn't find the beach access code (my fault). Response was immediate. Would stay again!

Wow! What a beautiful condo just steps from the beach with the most amazing views. The condo was super clean upon arrival, well stocked, and Terri is literally the best host ever! We have never seen anyone go above and beyond like she did! The decor is perfect, and we loved our time here. There is lots to do in downtown St. Augustine, or you can just relax at the beach. It was quiet and peaceful, and it’s a locked entrance to a private beach. The beach was never too crowded! We had the best time!

This is my first experience at a condo. I chose to spend my Mother's Day here with my children, and I. I must say this day, the experience, and the host were nothing less than perfect.!

This place was just what we needed. Sitting on the balcony was great. The beach is beautiful and not very crowded.

We had a great stay here, it was a two minute walk to the beach, ample parking, easy to find, and walking distance to a mini golf place and cute beach restaurant. The condo was clean and comfortable. They even had some beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels to use which was helpful. Mile was very quick to respond, answer questions, and gave detailed info. Overall, great stay!

Paul's place was great very clean and the property is beautiful. The restaurants in walking distance were all very good. Paul was very helpful with a list of restaurants and things to do. Being so close to the beach was great also. I would recommend anyone traveling to the area stay here.

Great location!!!! Plenty of parking on premises, and our crew loved the space. The beds are super comfy, the condo is stocked with all the necessities for cooking and beaching it. This spot was our favorite friend vaca thus far! Wendy was a great host! We will be coming to St. Aug every year!

We all really enjoyed our stay. The condo felt very cozy and we were right at home for our stay. The condo is kept in great condition and perfectly fit our group for the trip! Area is also very nice and near nice local amenities. If you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable, and nature oriented place to stay, this is the stay for you!

Stephani did a wonderful job creating the perfect beach rental! The decorations are adorable, and the amenities are exactly what you would want. From having a well-stocked kitchen (including a coffeemaker and coffee) to a wheeled cooler for the beach, and plenty of extra towels, she really thought of everything.

Perfect location. We had a great time and Joy was great with communication. We brought our pup over from St. Pete and the place was in an awesome spot. We had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend stay. Thanks for having us!

This is a great location - easy walk onto the beach, as well as to Publix, coffee and restaurants. Once we parked, we never needed to drive again. This section of the beach does not allow vehicles (which we preferred), and is also dog friendly. The condo matched the description as well as the photos...it was clean, comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed. There was plenty of beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc - we didn't need it all, but it was well stocked. The host is very responsive to messages as well. It was a great stay and we'd visit again!

We love St Augustine and Spanish Trace is our favorite location due to its proximity to the ocean and downtown. Now, we’ve found our favorite condo! Beautifully decorated - clean - with lots of little extras to make it feel comfortable and like home!

I truly enjoyed my stay. The condo was as described and matched the pictures. The hosts provided a new roll of paper towels, soaps, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and washer tablets. The kitchen was stocked with all of the cooking utensils you’d need. The hosts kindly provided a selection of K-Cup coffees, creamer, and a selection of teas. The mattress and pillows were super comfortable. I slept well every night. The condo complex has it its own gated access to the beach. And as a mostly private beach, it was never crowded. You can walk for miles in both directions. It’s also close the St. Augustine public beach and pier. The hosts recommendations for restaurants were spot on. And they proactively checked in to make sure the stay was going well. I highly recommend this condo!
