Family-friendly vacation rentals in St. Augustine Beach

We loved staying here. Beautiful home, extremely comfortable and very convenient to the old town. A nice surprise that Nancy decorated for Christmas with a tree, lights, etc. and set the mood for our Thanksgiving week with the town’s lights.

We ended up booking Dalerie’s place at the last minute due to a rental that did not meet our needs due to a recent surgery. Dalerie was quick to respond to our request and the place was perfect for our family. We had an 11 month old along so the availability of a highchair and the large space for us to move around was a huge win. Her house was stocked appropriately for things for the beach as well as the kitchen. The pool was a must as we have a four year-old granddaughter who loves to swim. It was the perfect opportunity in the afternoon to burn off some more energy after the beach before we went to one of many yummy places nearby for dinner. The screen porch is lovely! And her location in Vilano Beach is terrific. If you want to walk to the beach it is easily accessible down the street. We prefer Porpoise Point beach in order to drive with all our stuff and it is 5 minutes down the road. I highly recommend this rental!

Erin’s place was immaculate, featuring a fully equipped kitchen that made it feel just like home. She thought of everything, providing thoughtful extras that enhanced our stay and created a truly stress-free and enjoyable retreat. We appreciated the abundance of extra blankets and pillows, several beach towels, and pantry essentials like condiments, cooking oil, sugar, coffee, tea, and spices. Erin also supplied paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and plenty of cleaning products. We loved the use of cotton napkins to reduce waste and enjoyed the vibrant Fiesta dinnerware. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, the landscaping offered us privacy to fully enjoy the lanai and pool. Erin was responsive to all my questions, making our stay even more pleasant. I highly recommend staying here for a relaxing getaway!

This is the second time we stayed at this amazing property. It’s quiet and close to so many things. Pet friendly in most areas. Our puppy was super happy to be so close to the beach. The hosts responded almost immediately every time and honestly are so sweet. This is now our go to place for a quick weekend trip! Thank you so much!!!!

We booked Jody’s place two years in a row for a family vacation. Pet friendly, which is a must. Our four legged family go with us on every vacation. Excellent place and wonderful year round neighbors, I couldn’t as for much more.

Kirsten is a great host, very friendly and helpful. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, walkable to restaurants, historical sites and the bay front. Definitely a place I would stay at in the future.

The sea turtle cottage is absolutely perfect for a beach getaway. The host is extremely nice and was available if needed. The ocean is just a few steps thru the back yard onto the walkway that deposits you directly onto the pristine white beach. No dunes to walk thru, just a few stair-steps. The cottage is quiet, updated, clean and tidy with a very comfortable king bed. Plenty of towels and linens, toiletries and a fully equipped kitchen. It rained a bit during our stay, plenty of dvd movies, tv and books kept us occupied. There are restaurants, shops, gas and groceries nearby. We even had a pizza delivered for a late night snack. We would definitely stay at the sea turtle again without hesitation.

This was the best place we stayed at yet in St Augustine! Very spacious apartment. We had our dog with us and there was plenty of room. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay with family. Easy access to the ocean and beaches. Location is spot on, only 20 mins to almost anything you may need.

This place is charming and well-located Airbnb. This delightful one-bedroom, one-bathroom is perfect for a couple and is situated just a short walk from the historic district and minutes from the beaches, we loved the balcony it offered and how nice the place looked. It is quite noisy at times but nothing that wasn’t described. Overall a great stay.

We stayed at this beautiful beachfront home in Saint Augustine to celebrate our son’s high school graduation, and it was absolutely perfect for our family of nine. The house was incredibly spacious, clean, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need—from kitchen essentials to beach gear—which made our stay so easy and comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better. We spent most of our time in the yard or out on the beach, just steps from the house. It truly felt like our own private slice of paradise, and it made for such special, memorable family time. The only small thing to note (and this is true of many Airbnbs) is that the 10 AM checkout felt a little rushed. A noon checkout would have given us just a bit more time to enjoy the morning and wrap up. That said, everything else was absolutely perfect. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I am so very thankful for my stay at this beautiful home. Everything we needed and then some! Absolutely, gorgeous. Made a nice meal in the kitchen as well. The deck is super nice. Chris and Evelyn are excellent host. I loved the bible verse in the sun room too! Felt very comforted by that. Thank you again very much. You made this an amazing weekend for graduation. We love it here! It’s a great place with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Can’t wait to go back next summer!

The home was perfect for our family beach vacation (2 kids, 2 parents, and 2 grandparents). The deck and outdoor space were the highlight for sure! The kids (2 and 4) loved running around on the deck and beach, which also had lovely tide pools. I loved the trex deck and short flights of stairs so that I didnt have to worry about splinters or falls. Made my trip much more relaxing! We definitely plan to come back.

Linda’s listing was so beautiful. Definitely appreciated the outside shower to remove the sand from the beach. Linda definitely was on it with the recommendations as well! My husband and I enjoyed every part of the beach house.

The house is beautiful! It’s in a great location as well! It could use a deep clean but was VERY nice! The beds were also very comfortable! I wish there was better communication though! Definitely would come back!!

Our family and friends had a wonderful time here. The house is so spacious, clean, and and have beautiful view of the ocean from the back. The owner did stop by to see if we need anything. We felt like we own the beach ! We hope to return here in the future.

This was a wonderful condo for a Saint Augustine Beach stay. It felt much larger than it looked in pictures. With 6 adults and a baby we were very comfortable with the space. The location is ideal. At the northern end of the beach there are several dining/coffee/food options within easy walking distance. We enjoyed a morning stroll to Kookaburra or to pick up donuts from Island Donuts. A quick drive landed us at Parlour donuts for an amazing treat. It was easy to end the day with a treat from Rita’s or Mayday Ice Cream. Historic downtown was an easy drive. The kitchen is well equipped for a short term rental. There were plenty of towels/linens. Seating at the pool was plentiful. Great stay!

It was the perfect location for our family. The beach was easily accessible and they had plenty of beach chairs and towels. We would definitely recommend this location.
