Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Spring Valley

We had to find a place to stay with our 2 little dogs last min, we found this Airbnb and had the best experience! Erik was so friendly and gave us plenty of local recommendations and wanted to make sure we had a great time and were happy and comfortable! Everything was clean and well taken care of, our bed was super comfortable and our doggies felt right at home! We will definitely be staying here again in the future! Thank you Erik for everything!

We went with our elderly parents and two young children. The place was perfect, clean, and accommodating. Really great for little kids, and we didn’t have to bring a high chair or pack and play. Made travel easier on us. Ken was a great host and very responsive. We would love to stay there again in the future.

The place was perfect for our family which included a 22 month old. The hosts thought of everything one could need! Used the stroller everyday to walk to the beach boardwalk just down the walkway and to Bay boardwalk just across the street. Super clean, comfortable and one of the top AirBnBs we’ve stayed in. Highly recommend!!

This space was very spacious, actually way more than I originally thought. Host was very responsible and flexible as well. Everything we wanted was super close by, will definitely be looking into making more memories at this place. Truly felt right at home.

Great place with family and dog, would definitely recommend. Very comfortable and spacious, loved the backyard fenced in. Very clean. Nice park 2 blocks away with playground and space to play with dogs. Easy access to freeway everywhere. Rachel was very accesible.

Kevin's place was quiet and peaceful . It's a little smaller than I thought, but it was clear that Kevin put a lot of care into keeping the place clean and comfortable.

Excellent hosts who were proactive in making sure we (4 of us)had everything we needed during our 5 day stay to visit son's family ! Tony brought a welcome tray with variety of snacks & drinks, besides those in the refrig...so very thoughtful & grandaughters enjoyed many of the treats. Located in a very quiet, nice neighborhood within short walking distance to beach, park area and coffee shops. Daughter & 2 granddaughters stayed in bedroom with queen & bunk beds & I stayed in Master. All very comfortable! To note too: Nice remodel, lg bathroom shower with super water pressure- was nice after long day out & about. Everything we needed, super hosts & would highly recommend this location!

We spent 13 nights at Angela’s while visiting our daughter in PB. The apartment is very comfortable with a cute beach theme. Bed was comfortable and shower great. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Angela had excellent communication and rules and apartment use guidelines were very clear. The location was fantastic for walking to the ocean, great coffee, bakery and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend Angela’s apartment and hope to stay again!

This spot is perfect for a group visiting Pacific Beach. Super close to the beach and all of the awesome restaurants and bars that surround it. This spot was great for hanging out at during down time, and was a great home base for our beach-going weekend. I would stay here again in a heartbeat while visiting PB!

Our family had a blast staying at Dan and Becky's place. It was one of the most excellently located Airbnbs we've ever stayed in, and the accommodations fit both the kids and adults perfectly. The garage full of beach supplies was hugely appreciated and joyfully utilized. The neighborhood was the perfect blend of bustle/warmth and peace/quiet. We felt so at home there, we hope to come back. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

The accommodation is very conveniently located, especially if you go to an event at the Caliente stadium, it is ideal for walking and avoiding the chaos of traffic. Additionally, there are several places to eat and very accessible bars. The night view is amazing, the place was comfortable and pleasant. I would only recommend adding more towels and blankets. Everything is fine.

This was our second time staying at this condo. Very nice setup, so nice to being out dog and so close to the dog beach! Will stay again.

Carlos was a great host, replied promptly to our questions. The whole place was really clean when we arrived, and it was exactly how it was described on the pictures. Pet friendly without the massive restrictions as other rentals. Walking distance to Belmont Park, restaurants, bars and the beach. Great location and we will definitely book this place again when we come back.

Title: Great Value, but be Prepared for Noise I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had an overall positive experience. The location was fantastic—easy to find, and it was conveniently close to local attractions and restaurants. The host was responsive and friendly, making the check-in process smooth. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Considering the price compared to other options in the area, I felt it was a great value. However, one thing to note is that the property is in the flight path for San Diego airport. While this wasn’t an issue once I fell asleep, the noise from the planes, neighbors, and outdoor sounds made it a bit challenging to get to sleep on the first few nights. The walls seemed a bit thin, so I could hear quite a bit of outside noise. Overall, I'd recommend staying here, but be prepared for the noise—especially if you're a light sleeper. We had an amazing stay. Chris was very responsive. The view is incredible. Hearing the waves is soothing. The place is kids friendly with toys and books that are very fun. The area has lots of food choices. It takes just a few mins to be right on the beach. He has a wagon and beach toys. This was a very hassle free, enjoyable stay with our three little kids. No one wanted to leave.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Stunning view, excellent location, and peaceful surroundings. We felt right at home and loved all of the thoughtful touches throughout the condo. Would highly recommend staying here; we definitely hope to be back!

Jesse was extremely proactive in reaching out to me to confirm my early arrival request. He was very clear with his directions and instructions and prompt to respond when I reached out to him. The unit was exactly as described and not only checked off all of the boxes that we had, but included some additional bonuses. Great value, right off the beach, first floor, washer and dryer included, with two parking spaces. That is pretty much unheard of in that area! Should I need accommodations in San Diego again, I will absolutely reach out to inquire if Jesse's place is available again.
