Apartment vacation rentals in Spring Valley

Small cottage at the back of the house in a quiet neighborhood. Hard to believe that a major highway is just two minutes away. Good supermarket only 10 minutes walk away. Restaurants and shops in North Park also within walking distance. Easy to get around by car as well. Lots of hot water in bathroom. Kitchen is small though adequately stocked. While the living room looks out onto the patio of the house, it was quite private during my 5 days there.

Jessica and her Husband were great hosts. They were so kind to hold our luggage for us while we went to Sesame Street Place. They had snacks for us and Hudson had some toys cool toys to play with. Jessica set up the air conditioner for me so I would not be ton hot. I don’t like heat . Ha ha. Anything I needed she responded very quickly. It was plenty of room for my grandson and I. Janella was an incredible host - super responsive and frequently checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. The location is fantastic, easy to navigate with Janella’s clear instructions, had friendly neighbors and very easy access to all parts of San Diego. Amazing food and coffee options are just up and down the street, making it easy to grab a bite or a quick drink. The space is also very pet-friendly, with an open area right across the street that is perfect for walking fur babies. Felt completely safe leaving our rental vehicle, thanks to the gated parking space. The unit itself had so many thoughtful touches - having a washer and dryer in the space was a lifesaver for keeping up with our adventure clothes. The AC worked exceptionally well, which was a huge relief during the hotter days. And the bed? Super comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep after long days exploring the city. Overall, an amazing stay. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We can't say enough about the home. With nature right at your front door, you feel like you are miles away from the rest of the world. But with North Park restaurants and bars just around the corner, you can have a great night out and come back to the sound of chirping birds. Hendrick is a great host a his place is a little slice of paradise.

Victoria’s place is perfect for people visiting San Diego and want to live in a peaceful neighborhood. The house with all the additional beach towel and chairs helped us a lot while visiting the nearby beaches. The deck is also perfect to enjoy in the summer and the big futon is super comfy for the additional person.

The place is in a quiet neighborhood a few blocks away from the beach and a bunch of restaurants. It’s a pretty small apartment but it’s extremely comfortable.

Rami was a fantastic host. He went above and beyond for us and made us feel extremely welcomed. His place is in an excellent location, with most places in San Diego no more than a 20 minute drive away as well. We would highly recommend staying at his place!

Our stay was great! The apartment was clean, AC worked great, nice deck. Many amenities at the property to use- pool, gym, rooftop deck. Parking spot was great as well!

This Airbnb was very clean and well-maintained. The only downside is that it was secluded and no shops within walking distance. Otherwise, this is still a great property and would stay here again!

Location is the best about 150 yds from ocean and 100 yds to small supermarket and eating places. Cy is the most diligent host we have encountered. Lives on site and constantly making small, useful improvements

We had a great weekend in San Diego staying here. The apartment is very clean, building is chic, and the bed was very comfortable. The area makes it central to walk / drive to lots of different neighborhoods in San Diego. The actual surrounding streets aren't very cute to walk on, but it is still a very convenient location and 20 minute walk to the Midway Museum / Broadway pier. The host was great and highly communicative. Overall a very positive experience.

Simon was a great host and provided more amenities than we thought! The decorations made the place feel warm and inviting. The walk to the beach was literally only a few minutes and we were able to walk to some restaurants and markets down the street easily. Overall I would highly recommend this place!

I'll say Yes! My family absolutely had a great time staying at Melissa’s place. A wonderful and cozy apartment, walkable environment with restaurants and short drive to everything you'll need including getting to the highway. We will definitely book this place again the next time we have need to visit San Diego. Thanks Mellissa.
