So close to the beach and good food! We had the most perfect stay and will definitely be back. Perfect for an extended stay as the kitchen is fully stocked with essentials for cooking.

Beautiful weekend thanks to Kris and bob ! As soon as we pulled in Kris met with me and my family . She was so nice and she went out of her way to give my son a brand new learning bear :) I would definitely recommend this place ! I definitely want to book again ! This is such a fantastic location! You can see the bay from the patio & so close to the beach!! We walked or Ubered everywhere… which was cheap 🙂 Lots of natural light with all the windows & the temp inside was perfect with the fans provided. Love the live plants inside too 🪴 .. so homey, comfy & clean. We had such a great time 🌊☀️🏖️

This spot is perfect for a group visiting Pacific Beach. Super close to the beach and all of the awesome restaurants and bars that surround it. This spot was great for hanging out at during down time, and was a great home base for our beach-going weekend. I would stay here again in a heartbeat while visiting PB!

This lovely property is directly on the beach and strand. We watched dolphins offshore from the patio door. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture and beds were beachy and comfortable. The beach was beautiful for walking and swimming.

Perfect location for a perfect week. We rented a car and explored La Jolla, Torrey pines, and other areas, but the area has plenty to do without a car as well. You can rent some rollerblades or a bike next door at ray’s rentals for the week for a fair price

The host and the place was amazing, we loved how spacious and how clean the place was. The only xomplaint that I have would be the parking and safety of neighborhood. It's hard to find parking on street..

Kevin's place was quiet and peaceful . It's a little smaller than I thought, but it was clear that Kevin put a lot of care into keeping the place clean and comfortable.

Was perfect for our weekend soccer getaway. Very centrally located to beach, SoCal soccer fields, The Flower Fields at Carlsbad, Upick strawberries at Carlsbad and Windmill Food Hall were some of the attractions we enjoyed. Everything was clean. Could definitely hear the freeway traffic when door was opened but the construction of the home did block out most of the noise. We appreciated the white noise maker that was provided. Would definitely stay again.

I would definitely book the apartment again. It had all the comforts of home and was is a beautiful, convenient neighborhood. It was a nice place to relax after long days of exploring the area.

this spot was perfect for my family and i. dave greeted us immediately upon pulling in, showed us around and brought us down some beers to welcome us. they also had snacks for us to enjoy and supplied us with absolutely everything we needed for our time spent there to include tea and coffee. the outside of the property is gorgeous with it’s foliage and the amazing view. would stay here again!

Such a lovely and comfortable apartment. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs, we cooked several meals. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. About 30 mins to san diego downtown and airport. Similar price to a hotel room and 4x the space. The shower is grand! Hosts were lovely. Thank you John and Laura.

The place is perfect for two people. I loved all the natural light in the place. It's only a 1 block walk to the bay and the boardwalk and from there you can follow the boardwalk to the beach. We would stay here again for sure.

Love staying here with my kids. They enjoy the beach and pool. I enjoy surfing! The bed and pull out sofa are very comfortable. I personally appreciate tons of hooks to hang up wet stuff. Can’t wait to stay here again!

We loved our stay in Mission Beach! Perfect for both relaxing and having fun on the boardwalk. The private hot tub was a great amenity to come home to every night in February, when the ocean is still too cold to swim in. The home is tucked away in a cute alley of beach houses and relatively private for being in such a bustling area. We would love to stay again!

Great location. It's near a surfer beach, but if you're comfy with the ocean, it's a great hang. Also, within about 10m of the main La Jolla Beach which is superb. Cy has all your needs for a great beach stay: boogie board, umbrella, towels, chairs, sand mat, toys. Close location to some decent food. Cy communicates quickly and thoroughly, but otherwise stays out of your way. Place was very clean with a cool shower head. Neighbors in the apartment were very friendly as well. Would absolutely recommend for a beach stay.

Bryan’s space was beautifully updated, full of high end features, and in a wonderful area of San Diego, close to the beach and lots of local neighborhood restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated Bryan’s prompt responsiveness, friendliness, and flexibility. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

This was a last minute staycation and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The unit was clean and well stocked. Large bathroom with a great tub and steam shower. The property has a few dining choices and is nice to walk around. Very safe and quiet area.

Adam was an absolute lifesaver. After being left stranded by another host, I sent a last-minute request and he responded right away with kindness and professionalism. The home was immaculate, with so many thoughtful and charming touches that made me feel right at home. The space was quiet, the water pressure and temperature were perfect, and everything was just as described. There was a minor issue with a guest accidentally taking my parking spot, but Adam resolved it immediately—he was truly on top of everything. This stay turned what could’ve been a stressful night into a peaceful and welcoming experience. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend booking with Adam !

Fantastic stay! If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful place with a spa like feel, this is the best place in San Diego. Spacious, clean studio room with great bathroom amenties and Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine with plenty of capsules. Then there is the huge private, outdoor patio with hot tub, outdoor bathtub, and a full barbeque and counter! My only regret was that I was really busy with work and couldn't use the hot tub more. Perfect to relax after the day. Highly, highly recommend. Look forward to my next visit.
