Marty is a wonderful host. She is so knowledgable engaging and proactive at communication. Shes the most down to earth and experienced airbnb host we’ve stayed with. Also the pin your place on the map was a very fun activity. You will love your stay here.

Marty was a great host and went above and beyond to help. She helped me print and scan in some work documents to get notarized. Marty lives on premise so if you have any issue, you can easily holler or message and get it worked out in minutes. Understand that the place is shared by other guests which may have partners with them so you are sharing a bathroom with potentially 4 people in the mornings. Bathroom etiquette follows college dorm rules where you bring toiletries in and out each time. The front door and each bedroom door has its own passcode lock. The parking on the street was not always immediately available directly by the house, so you park down 3 or so houses and walk. The neighborhood is very residential, not laden with restaurants in walking distance so I fared well with a rental car.

If you are looking for accommodations in Julian STOP, look no further, this is where you want to stay! Collin's Place (aka Julian Orchard Hill Country Inn) is absolutely delightful with its wonderful lodge/Inn with it's massive fireplace and cushy seating, amazing views right outside the dining room windows, delicious food (def make a reservation for the Saturday/Sunday evening meals), wonderful warm and well-prepared breakfasts, with rooms both at the Inn as well as cottages throughout the property. We stayed in Cottage One and were smitten with its cozy atmosphere including a very comfortable queen bed, TV w/ DVD/VCR (we watched like 5 VHS tapes + DVDs available via the massive library up at the Inn), a fireplace that offered comfort in both the small sitting area AND the bathroom, a large well thought-out bathroom with a tub/shower and toilet in separate room, and a little wet bar with a sink and fridge. Sitting out on the deck right outside the cottage door as the sun was setting in the provided thatched furniture with a beer in hand was heaven. The staff were all delightful, seriously not one bad seed! So attentive, kind, and accommodating. Don't pass up on the hors d'oeuvre and drinks every night up at the Inn including domestic/craft beers and wine with tasty plates of munchies and good conversations with the proprietors (whom were always there) and other guests. We could have just stayed at the Inn and in our cottage all weekend but alas Anza Borrego was calling (a 45 minute drive to the AB visitors center and Slot Canyon hike) as were the wonderful shops and restaurants along Main Street. Make sure and head to the Julian Beer Company for some damn good ales and pizza...get the Bacon Bleu pie...you won't be sorry. And shopping at the Warm Hearth, the Olde Goat, the Barn Vintage Marketplace, and quite a few others, was sooo fun...really very good shopping. We'll be back, thanks Collins and staff for a weekend my wife and I will never forget.

A true bnb on airbnb. Ann made sure I settled in alright and was a lovely host. The space is private, has a private entrance, and parking available. A yummy breakfast was provided in the morning and that was such a treat. I’d love to stay here again whenever I’m back in SD. Thank you Ann!

Room was clean, bed was really comfortable and the place itself was very welcoming. felt like our home away from home!

Kim and her husband have a wonderful bed and breakfast. We were in the area for a wedding at Grand Traditions, and wished our stay could have been longer. Kim was hospitable and made our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back and have already recommended it to friends and family

Graciela is such an interesting person I could have chatted with her for hours! She has great knowledge, stories and a kind heart. Her house is beautiful with gorgeous views and the kids really enjoyed the pool. More than just a place to stay, I feel like Graciela is now a friend and someone I can continue a relationship with.

Ann is a very sweet and friendly host and makes you feel very welcome. The rental is a traditional bed and breakfast and is centrally located right in the heart of San Diego’s Hillcrest neighborhood. I hope to stay again next time I spend a weekend in San Diego.

Fernanda and Robert hosted my wife and I for a one night getaway in the amazing hilltop spot. They are such wonderful people, very kind and hospitable. Their two dogs are lots of fun as well. The views from property are extraordinary and exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the fire and stargazing. The room was exquisitely clean and included all the small details you could need for your stay. Nice little breakfast which was an added touch of kindness. We will definitely return.

We absolutely loved staying at the cottage, surrounded by citrus trees with beautiful views all around. Very private and quiet space, the big deck was great for our kids and dogs to hang out on all day. Walking through the orchard was beautiful, felt like somewhere in Italy at times. Will definitely come back some time!

The property is impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and so thoughtfully prepared to create a stay that feels both luxurious and full of heart. Every corner feels purposeful and inviting. The drive through the canyons to reach them is breathtaking—and absolutely worth it. (A quick tip: we picked up food at Baron’s before arriving, which made for a perfect sunset meal on the property.) Fernanda, a talented interior decorator, has created a space that feels elegant, welcoming, and full of soul. Canceling my hotel to stay here was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Thank you, Fernanda and Robert, for sharing your beautiful ranch. I can’t wait to return!
