The care taken to honor the atmosphere of the original 1910 house creates a feeling of another time and place. The house is secluded in a prize winning garden and approached through a stone pergola. The Craftsman furniture, lighting and antique Persian carpets reflect a distant and captivating sensibility. This house has been featured in three books and “American Bungalow” magazine. The garden was mentioned in Sunset Magazine and featured as one of the premier gardens of University Heights.

It is very quiet and private and sits directly behind our house(pictured) with a beautifully landscaped brick courtyard. You are within walking distance to "The Heart of Hillcrest" where you will discover many fabulous restaurants, coffee and boutique shops, and so much more. Historic Julia Wilson House in Central Location!

One bedroom, one bath private downstairs apartment in a two unit home with a private entrance with designated parking! The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a giant couch that pulls out into a bed that is similar to a queen bed. Large dining table converts to a ping pong/pool table! Stocked kitchen There is a small back patio. The home is right in the thick of it in University Heights. Expect a lot of foot traffic, yummy smells from the ice cream store next door!
