El propósito final no es otro que los huéspedes tengan un recuerdo imborrable de su estancia. Toda la decoración ha sido muy estudiada, para que sea un lugar verdaderamente privilegiado, donde he dado cabida a parte de mis viajes, pues se han colgado cuadros traídos de Bali, tapices y telas de Camboya, y todo ello mezclado con muebles y objetos que he ido adquiriendo durante años de diferentes lugares y sitios, dando lugar a una mezcla muy especial, en un ambiente único y que le da un magnetismo exclusivo al lugar. Concretamente se trata de un apartamento, situado en la localidad de Marbella, en la exclusiva zona denominada Golden Mile, cercana a alojamientos tan exclusivos como el hotel Puente Romano y el Hotel Marbella Club. El apartamento, de un dormitorio, cuenta con capacidad para cuatro personas, una cama principal en el dormitorio y un sofá cama en el salón, esta conceptuado o bien para una pareja o para una pareja con uno o dos niños,que quieran disfrutar de una estancia tranquila, en una zona residencial y exclusiva, cercana a todas las áreas de interés de la localidad de Marbella, cuenta con una terraza de 44 metros cuadrados con vistas a la iconica y emblemática montaña de Marbella "La Concha". El apartamento está dentro de un conjunto residencial, de pocas casas contando con sistema de videovigilancia y zonas comunes de jardín y una piscina de tamaño considerable, en función al número total de vecinos. En definitiva, es un lugar situado en un mar de tranquilidad y desconexión a poca distancia, de todo lo que ofrece un lugar como Marbella. Complejo conformado por 28 casas, con gran privacidad, cámaras de seguridad en las zonas de acceso y comunes, aparcamiento para 2 coches, piscina con jardin y zona de hamacas, que cuenta habitualmente con poca confluencia de personas, al no contar con muchos vecinos, conserje. She even provides an orientation to the area upon check-in. The villa has everything you could possibly need and is really beautiful. The roof top terrace and courtyard with a little grotto are a fun place to enjoy some private space in the very busy Plaka. Don’t hesitate, book this villa if it is available. You won’t regret it!

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Dieses Haus ist ein echter Geheimtipp! Stilvoll, hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll, die Materialien wirken sehr hochwertig. Besonders schön: das leicht verwinkelte Haus mit seinen verschiedenen Ebenen und kleinen Ecken – es macht richtig Spaß, es zu entdecken und Zeit darin zu verbringen. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist durchdacht und sehr angenehm. Die Dachterrasse ist traumhaft, mit einem tollen Ausblick, und das kleine Gärtchen bei der Küche lädt zum Frühstücken oder Verweilen ein. Sandra ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin – herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Dorf ist ruhig, charmant, und die Menschen begegnen einem freundlich. Ein besonderes Highlight war das kleine italienische Restaurant im Ort – sehr traditionell. Insgesamt: ein absoluter Wohlfühlort. Wer auf Ästhetik, Ruhe und eine besondere Atmosphäre Wert legt, ist hier genau richtig. Große Empfehlung!

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal bei Ludovica zu Gast und wieder begeistert! Das historische Haus liegt in einem großen Garten mit einer privaten Terrasse von der man eine einzigartige Aussicht auf den See hat. Sehr schön ist auch, dass seit dem letzten Mal der Insektenschutz verbessert wurde. An den Fenstern sind jetzt fest eingebaute Insektengitter, sodass man auch Nachts gut lüften kann. Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen Gasse und ist durch den Garten schön ruhig. Trotzdem ist man mitten in der Stadt. Direkt nebenan gibt es eine Treppe zu einer kleinen Badestelle und man ist in zwei Minuten bei Restaurants, Geschäften usw.

Very beautiful house, a little oasis in a suburb of Catania. We felt very safe and the property was quiet with lots of wildlife. The only criticism I have is there was wine for sale at the house but no welcome pack, which you would usually receive at an air bnb stay of this nature (we stayed 8 nights). Aside from this the stay was perfect!

The house is beautiful and unlike anything else. What made the experience amazing was one of the hosts, Daniela. Daniela greeted us upon check in, walked us around the house and went above and beyond and booked us a wine tour where he graciously translated everything in English during the entire experience. Daniela made the place feel like home and I couldn’t recommend him and the experience he provides more.

We were so happy with the suite! The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and shopping. Our host, Bruno, met us at the door, showed us how to get in, and gave us a thorough tour of the accommodations. We also had a couple of light bulbs burn out while we were there and he had them replaced with 12 hours of my request. Benedetta's place was great! Excellent location within walking distance of many of Rome's major tourist attractions. Benedetta was super responsive and even made a dinner reservation for us at an excellent restaurant in Campo de Fiori. Highly recommend.

Great location. Estoril is between Lisbon and Cascais which are both reachable by a cheap train ride. Views from the Penthouse are great and there are two restaurants in the building with a Chinese” to die for” just across the road under the Casino. Loved it.

After a long day of traveling Judith met us at the apartment. She was absolutely one of the most welcoming hosts I have ever met. She gave us the full tour of the apartment and showed us how to use everything. She had a beautiful plate of strawberries and cookies waiting for us. The apartment is beautifully decorated and well appointed for anything you could possibly want or need. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in while away from home. Judith had 4 different ways to make coffee including a little espresso machine. She made us dinner reservations and sent recommendations on where to go and what to see. We all loved her! The sunsets from the balcony were stunning. The little town of Ispra was so lovely to walk around and peacefully after days spent exploring crowded areas. Ispra feels like “real” Italy.

Roberto is a consummate host! He was so helpful, kind, and proactive. He met us at the water bus stop and carried my bags all the way. He even alerted us to an upcoming train strike in case it would impact our travel plans the next day. His place is cozy and peaceful - a perfect little respite tucked down a side street. It had a great local feeling to it, away from the hustle and bustle of Venice, but still very proximate to the action. Thank you, Roberto, for a lovely stay!

Wir genossen einen Traumblick von der Terrasse und dem Wohnzimmer. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet zum selberkochen, der Bäcker nicht weit weg. Der gebuchte Taxi-Transfer hat super geklappt und wir konnten früher unser Gepäck abstellen. Die Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage ist ein wenig tricky und der Platz sehr eng, zu zweit aber kein Problem. Der Kontakt zu Maria war immer super und kleinere Wünsche wurden sofort erledigt. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist superschön, groß und hat alles was man braucht. Der Pool ist super. Der Blick aufs Meer ebenso super. Die Lage Praia das Macas ist ebenso top, von hier kann man viele Ausflüge in alle Richtungen machen und hat einen top Strand direkt in 10 Minuten fußläufig. 5/5 würde ich wieder buchen

It was an absolutely beautiful stay. The villa was incredible, with everything you’d need. We had 16 people stay at the villa and there was more than enough room. Taxi’s were available within 2 minutes. The scenery was stunning. The marina is a 10 minute taxi with lovely restaurants. Supermarkets are close by too. 10/10 stay, would definitely stay again!!
