Monthly Rentals in South Historic District, Savannah

Perfect location. Close to Forsythe park. Free street parking within a couple of blocks. This is the place to stay if you want to be in the middle of the wonderful old architecture that Savannah is known for. Would stay there again without hesitation if I returned to the area.

It’s a very beautiful and comfortable home. Ross is an excellent host! All our needs were met.

Alan was incredibly kind to me upon my arrival, doing his best to arrange everything at the last minute. The place is wonderfully peaceful, authentic, and close to the center. It was amazing to spend a quiet week here, writing my book in such an enigmatic place.

Stayed here just shy of two weeks. I very much enjoyed the location. Close to Forsyth Park, two blocks from a DOT stop (free historic bus transportation). Preston was always accessible and responsive. I had the pleasure of meeting him when he stopped to refresh some supplies. I enjoy exploring cities thru the US, and around the world, by foot and Savannah was no exception! The location made it easy to do so and I felt very comfortable doing it. Krogers and a liquor store were both in walking distance. The car stayed parked most of the time, going by foot or DOT - other than a few small adventures (to Tybee, a triple D BBQ spot, Boneventure, an *amazing* grits and gravy spot shared with me, etc). There's dedicated street cleaning throughout the city, making various blocks 'no parking' for a 4 hour block of time that is well posted. I did not experience any issue moving my car to another nearby spot at that time. This was a 10/10 AirBnb experience for me. Thank you Preston!
