Condo vacation rentals in South Historic District, Savannah

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment is cozy and spacious. It was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped. The location was perfect. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and close to attractions in Downtown Savannh. David was very responsive to my needs and corners. I highly recommend this for your next stay in Savannah.

Great location! Close to river and very walkable to all attractions on our list. As previously mentioned in other reviews, it does get loud at night. Sound machines help, but it is just a busy location for night life. Beautiful space, great ambiance and would stay here again.

This place was perfect for our stay in Savannah, GA. Located right above amazing business and walkable to everything. It is right in the night life so you have to be wanting the in the action vibe. I went to bed before midnight and the noise did not bother me, I enjoyed the liveliness. Will stay here again when I am in the area!

This place is so spacious and comfortable. The balconies are fantastic. The location is perfect for walking or biking. We had a great stay here.

It was the perfect location, just a couple blocks from City Market. And a 5-10 min walk to the river.

Very nice, secure apartment in the heart of the historic district. Be prepared for some city noise, especially on weekends, but no more that would be expected for the location. Very clean with plenty of amenities and very dog friendly. Lovely stay, overall!

We were 2 blocks from Forsyth Park, which was 2 blocks from the Mercer House which was 2 blocks from Mrs. Wilke's restaurant. We were also 2 blocks from the free bus to downtown, although we never took it. It had a clean, well appointed kitchen and beautiful decor. We had coffee on the back porch every morning. I appreciated the mirrored closet in the room that had a single sink for getting ready. There were hooks on the doors in the bathrooms for hanging robes & towels. Garry was especially helpful for check-in and check-out accommodations. He's a fabulous host!

This place is super cute and matched the photos exactly! Great location as we could walk to get drinks/food, and to multiple parks! Easy to Uber to River St. and only about 6-10min away. Grocery store, Kroger, is only 3 min away. Coffee, creamer, and sugar was so nice to have and was well stocked. I cannot get over how cute the back patio space was! Super nice to relax after a lot of walking, and great ambiance back there as well. Def book this spot!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Mermaid Cove! The house was comfortable and well furnished and the outdoor space inviting and relaxing. We enjoyed using the kayaks one morning. The location was close enough to Savannah to see all the sights but far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed exploring Tybee Island by visiting the light house, pier, beaches and restaurants. There were many different places to fish! Geoff and Vicky were delightful and we enjoyed visiting with them and Lucy is the sweetest pupper ever!

We had a wonderful stay. Communication with Kelly was great, our only issue was promptly corrected (internet connection went out), and the location close to Forsyth Park was great. The unit was well stocked with kitchen utensils, laundry detergent, shampoo, clean towels, coffee, etc. I also appreciated the off street parking and the lovely fountain in the courtyard. We stayed for two weeks and while we felt perfectly safe, there was a frequent wail of sirens in the neighborhood (of course this isn't anyone's fault, just part of city living). Also, there is a shared wall with the neighboring unit, which was a minor issue one night for a couple of hours. We enjoyed all our walks into Savannah and took advantage of the free bus. We enjoyed Shuk's, Randy's BBQ, Ruan Thai, Pirate House, and the Cuban Window. We visit Savannah often and will happily stay here again.

Loved staying here! It was convenient to all the things to do without being in the loud market area. Bonus, it was incredibly close to the Savannah womens half marathon starting area. We really appreciated the parking and restaurant recommendations. Would 100% stay here again.

We enjoyed the space for our visit to Savannah. We walked everywhere and really enjoyed being able to leave the car behind. Gary was always responsive and allowed a flexible check out which was appreciated. Lots of spices and the kitchen had all we needed. The bathtub was tall and there are stairs so note this if mobility is an issue. We were good with it.

I booked for my birthday! I love how peaceful and private the area is. The beach by the property is beautiful. Savannah downtown also was a quick drive. The apartment was clean and exactly as described. Thank you!

Tybee Island has many restaurants & Cheryl's place offers a walkway directly onto the beach. From her balcony, we enjoyed our evening cocktails watching the sun sink lower in the sky. Unit had everything we needed for meal prep. She even has beachchairs & swimming inflatables available!

So glad we found this place. Great location that was very walkable yet slightly removed from the immediate downtown area for some peace and quiet. Beautiful pool, very responsive host, highly recommended!!

This place was out of my budget (just like every other place on here—my income is 👎), but I do not regret a single dollar spent. I lived at Savannah Beach and Raquet Club as a young child, and as soon as I came across the listing, I knew my son and I had to go. Communication was excellent, and responses were very quick. This cozy condo was clean and featured a breezy balcony, where the whispers of the ocean carried fragments of cherished memories. I truly hope there will be a time in the future when my finances improve so I can revisit this piece of heaven. Picturesque, tranquil, and inviting, it was a place where soft sands carried both smiles and footprints of the past. My only regret was having to leave.

The place was clean and inviting. We had everything we needed. We wanted to be able to do a lot of beach walking, and this beach was perfect for that. The beach was literally out the back door! Our host was very quick to respond and quite gracious. Kitchen was well stocked.

We enjoyed every minute at this property. Everything was extremely tidy and clean. The private deck was great for early morning coffee and a little relaxation at the end of the day. Forsyth Park is super close to go on walks or even enjoy a local farmers market. You can even walk to river street if you’d like from the property. Very walkable to numerous places. And the host was easy to talk to and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was just like the pictures and description when booking and had everything we needed. Very thankful that there was an elevator instead of having to climb two flights of stairs. The way the balcony is angled and the close proximity to the beach, we have the most spectacular view of the dolphins playing in the water and the sunsets were unforgettable. we will definitely book this condo again.
