Vacation rentals with a pool in South Historic District, Savannah

We had a fantastic stay as our group of 8! Brandon & Chase were very responsive to all of our questions. The house is gorgeous with lots of space to stretch out, even with a bigger group. Highly recommend!

This home was the ideal setting for my family with 4 kids and grandparents to help as well. The kids looked forward to coming home to the pool everyday even though the temps were a little chilly. Perfectly situated between Tybee Island and downtown Savannah as well as being close to Wilmington Island and Thunderbolt with great local restaurants. We would absolutely stay in this home again. Our hosts were very responsive and had the house immaculately clean before arrival. Highly recommend staying here.

Michael is an exceptional host! Quick communication and helpful. The house is pristine and the pool was a great addition to the trip. Our beach day was even better because of the beach supplies provided at the house. We used the wagon, shibumi shade, beach towels and beach toys for the kids. The kitchen provided everything I needed to prepare dinner. My daughter did not want to leave. We have recommended to family and plan to come again.

Spent a week in April in Savannah with three kids under 5. The highlights of the stay were the activities, and the home was situated perfectly between them with a pool that heated quickly for daily swims. Rooms were plenty big for the pack and play as well as the futon couch for our little ones. From the Airbnb we could walk to the kids’ art lessons at scribble studio, lunch at green truck, dinner at Ardsley station and more. The kids scootered around the neighborhood (well manicured lawns, elegant homes and beautiful mature oak trees with Spanish moss) and rode bikes at Tiedeman Park. We walked to Forsyth park as well down Bull street and had ice cream at star land strange and bazaar. Tybee island is a 30 minute skip away so we enjoyed beach afternoons as well! River street had easy parking for exploring from this Airbnb, but a bit far for a family walk.

We had a fabulous time at this stunning rental, and it was just blocks away from Forsyth Park. When we arrived, it was pristinely clean and stocked with everything we needed to cook at home. The host was also very accommodating and great with recommendations. The only thing to note is that the pool is significantly smaller than we expected from the angled photo on the listing; it's more like a large hot tub. We still thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Overall, the perfect spot for a girls' trip in our mid-30s! Would recommend.

LuKa’s home was perfect. We loved the location, it was perfectly located between Tybee and Savannah giving us multiple options to go eat, explore, and be touristy. This house was perfect for our family with kids ranging from 7-14. They each had something fun to do that kept them busy and entertained, and of course the pool was a bonus! Even without the pool being heated, it had zero affect on how fun we all had. The home was cleaned and well stocked of everything we needed. We honestly cannot wait to come back!

Perfect location. Close to downtown and the beach. Pool area was clean and accessible. Condo Unit was also very clean. We have been to Tybee several times over the last few years and this was by far the cleanest rental and did not have a musty smell like many other vacation rentals. Thank you for allowing us to use your space.

We had a family gathering at Terese's place, and everything was perfect! The condo is beautiful. It's only a few blocks from the beach, with a fun, giant pavilion and boardwalk. We walked to several great restaurants. They were only steps away from the condo. All of the beds were comfy. The master bedroom and bath are awesome! Outside is a huge deck overlooking the community pool. We would stay on Tybee Island again. It was a lot of fun and a short drive to downtown Savannah. Terese was very attentive and always answered us quickly. Very nice!

Clean and close to the bay. Thin walls so be aware of that, especially upstairs neighbors. Very nice place and comfy. Has everything you’ll need - chairs, umbrella, beach towels, plenty of shower towels, full kitchen. Wish there were more washcloths. Didn’t love being on the first floor from privacy standpoint on the balcony but it would’ve been perfect if we needed to watch our kids in the pool.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom condo! The location couldn’t have been better — right on the beach, with stunning ocean views from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of the waves every morning was pure bliss. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a great bonus — perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun. It was never too crowded and always well-maintained. Overall, this place had the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and location. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We have worked with Rhonda in the past and she is a kind and responsive host. The property we stayed at most recently was absolutely beautiful. It was clean, had everything we needed and the view was exactly what we wanted. I will rent any property she has !!

Steve was so easy to work with and made everything super simple. The decor was beautiful and the views were even better.
