28 m² studio for one to two people. It is located near the lakes route and close to the pedestrian streets of Vieux-Boucau-les-Bains. There is a 140x190 bed upstairs and it is also possible to sleep on the 100x180 sofa bed downstairs. It does not have a space for a car but a parking lot is 50 m away. The lake is a 10-minute walk away. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. I don't accept pets in this small studio.
