Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. Cozy and functional studio, completely renovated, with heating for a stay even in winter. It has a sofa bed for two people and a mezzanine bed (child). Facing west, the apartment has views of a green space and, in the distance, the dunes. ⚠️ Starting September 7, work will take place in the residence. Due to possible noise pollution and the inability to use the balcony, a 25% discount is applied for the duration of the work.
