Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). Once in the apartment, you will be seduced by the brightness and tranquility of the place. The living room opens onto a private pond whose colors change with the hours of the day. The 13 m2 covered terrace will allow you to enjoy this idyllic setting around a meal, breakfast... or an aperitif.

My apartment is located in a property in the middle of a wooded park. It is close to the village, the lake and the ocean. You'll love it for its brightness and comfort. Available, a terrace with lounge and barbecue. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families with kids (max 4 people). Check-in from 4:00 p.m., checkout by 10:00 a.m. During the season from July 14 to August 25, I rent the apartment from Saturday to Saturday.
