Located a 5/10-minute walk from the city center, shops, Lake Soustons, ELeclerc center, and a 15-minute drive from the beaches. I am looking for respectful tenants who care about the well-being of the house in order to preserve this warm space and the cocoon in which I live the rest of the year.

Relax in this quiet and cozy studio located above our house in Soustons, equipped with all modern comforts. You will see the lake through the trees and the small stream that passes in front of the house. You will have at your disposal a large terrace of 30 m2 entirely private. You will surely meet our Tuscan kitten who is very curious. Workspace: Thanks to an ethernet connection with fiber optics, you can work in a nice setting.
