Agréable petite maison en duplex ( maximum 4 personnes) dans une résidence plein pied à 5 min de l'océan. Rue très calme à 1km du centre ville et proche du port. Composée d'une pièce à vivre ouverte donnant sur une terrasse extérieure couverte de 12m2 avec plancha électrique,donnant sur un joli deck extérieur, d'une cuisine entièrement équipée , d'une salle d'eau et wc séparé. Parking attitré au sein de la résidence. Animaux non admis.

This special place is close to everything. For a weekend, vacation or spa treatment. Bakery, Butcher, Grocer and Wine Shop on the street. 3-minute walk to Dax train station. 5 minutes to Grand Mail shopping center. 30 minutes to the beach. Large living room with lounge, dining room, open kitchen and inner courtyard. One bedroom on the first floor with a double bed. Master suite on the second floor with a 160 bed, shower and toilet.

Part of house located from all sites and amenities, shops and restaurants. Nearby bike paths along the coast and neighboring municipalities. The beach is 3.5 km away with large car parks. Lots of pedestrian paths, nearby mountains for hikes. Spain is 50 km. Trambus serving Bayonne, Anglet, Biarritz and their beaches. IF you need help during the stay, no problem my accommodation is adjoining the dwelling.

Guesthouse 4-6 people

Nice little house with terrace, located in Bayonne district Saint Etienne, close to the city center and the train station (10 min walk). The house is close to many shops (shopping center, bakery, pharmacy, medical center). The beach can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Possibility to park for free. Bus station 500 meters away. Chateau de Caradoc at 500 meters with large park and children's playground.

Oceanfront House – 3*

Between the South beach and the Central beach, in the heart of the resort, new family house of 70m2, adjoining and very quiet: living room with open kitchen overlooking the terrace, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 wc, 2 parking. Rated 3 stars by the tourist office. Linens provided and beds made on arrival. The property must be restored. No smoking, no pets allowed or parties. Thank you.
