It consists of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 160 beds and a 180 bed divisible into 2*90), a bathroom, a kitchen open to the living room and its sliding door for an indoor-outdoor spirit. Relax at this fully restored 16th century gite in the heart of the 11 Ha estate, embellished with century-old oak trees. You will enjoy a soothing setting 1 hour 15 minutes from Bordeaux and the ocean beaches of Hossegor, with many walks or bike rides, 10 minutes from all amenities. On-site: ping-pong, trampoline, petanque, darts, foosball. The pool is only open in July and August: saltwater, heated, secure, 13 x 6 m, open from 12 pm to 7 pm
