The ZEN house - artisanal interior & heated pool

Then Zen house has been built in 2002. It's a 3- bedroom bio climatic house with a clean interior style. It measures 110m2 with a spacious living room which is open to the homemade kitchen. Almost all furniture in the house is handmade and the interior is created in a clean style with atmospheric light effects. In the south facing garden is a heated salt pool and many colorful plants and flowers. The house is available all year and we offer long stay discounts in off season.

This apartment in the splendid Villa Mira-Sol, bathed in light, will give you a magnificent view of the bay of Biarritz, from the Rock of the Virgin to the Lighthouse. Sunset will be there every night. This comfortable and soundproof cocoon is in perfect condition, recently redecorated in a sober and elegant style, with a dining area design on a platform promontory facing the waves. To reach them, you only need 2 minutes 30 seconds by a pedestrian path to the beach!

Our T1 is located in Soustons near the village of Azur, in a private, secure park, overlooking the forest, it is adjoining a studio. The 2 apartments are independent of our house, 9.5 km from the beach of Messanges (you can take the shuttle to Azur for the beach), 2 km from the bike path, 2 km from Lake Azur and Soustons. The center of Soustons is 7 km away as well as all amenities (supermarkets, shops, cinema...) and lots of good restaurants nearby. REF FR1P2FEU

Studio Seignosse Océan (beach and shops within walking distance)

Cozy and functional studio, completely redone, with heating for a stay even in winter. It has a sofa bed for two people and a mezzanine bed (child). Facing west, the apartment has views of a green space and, in the distance, the dunes. ⚠️ From September 7, work will take place in the residence. Due to possible noise and the inability to use the balcony, a 25% discount is applied for the duration of the work.

Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool (to be discussed with us) and the summer kitchen (plancha). A large enclosure accommodates 2 pet pigs.
