Air-conditioned Zen loft, with its furnished terrace, parking, perfect for 2 people Max. Close to the city center, 500 m from the lake, beaches (free bus to beaches in summer) and 200 m from the bike paths. (possibility to rent 2 bikes, with helmets and locks at the price of €8/day/person, discounted prices, contact me). The loft includes a Japanese staircase with staggered steps, which can be complicated for people with reduced mobility. (see photos of the staircase)

The independent bedroom has access to a balcony with sea view. Separate bathroom and toilet. Linens and towels set up on arrival. This family accommodation has private and secure parking. The balcony on the Courant side is closed for work but the balcony on the ocean side remains accessible.

This fully renovated home is perfectly located because it offers easy access to everything. A bike path that passes right in front of you will take you to the edge of Lake Soustons or to the city center (4 min by bike) or to Soustons beach (20 min by bike). A parking space right in front of the entrance. The accommodation consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a kitchenette. Outside, a garden area with a table, 4 chairs and a barbecue.
