We had a very good vacation with family at Carmen's house. The house is very cozy and is very well equipped. Carmen and her husband are a sweetheart, they have always been aware of what we might need. It's a highly recommended place.

The owner was very friendly and attentive, allowed us flexible departure and there was good communication. The house was great, perfect for enjoying a few days of relaxation in nature. The playroom was filled with things to do and very modernized. Great weekend

We were on a family trip and everything was perfect. Ignacio, the owner of the house, is super friendly and attentive to everything. Very good communication about any questions with the reservation, he always responds very quickly. The house is wonderful, superb facilities, very clean and tidy, as well as very complete in relation to board games, kitchen... Overall, the stay was very pleasant, we couldn't have chosen better and there are no negative words about the accommodation. The Hidalgo family hopes to be able to repeat soon!

We celebrated my daughter's birthday with friends and felt very comfortable. The house is really very comfortable and spacious, very cozy. We didn't want to leave! We'd come back a thousand times!!

The house is as described, with everything you need and care. Luis called us before arriving to make sure to be there to show us how everything worked. We were lucky to not have to share the pool which allowed us to enjoy the house even more. It is in a very quiet location, approx. 5 Km from Ávila city. We had a great time and felt right at home.

The house was just as in the photos and description, a shame not to be able to enjoy the large patio due to the rain, a place where we will surely repeat, when you arrive at the house Daniel has all kinds of details and instructions for the stay, different types of heating the house, details for breakfast and kitchen, do not miss anything once you are there. Daniel's attention also to emphasize since the communication was very fluid and accept animals and that he also has bowls and a casita is very thankful.

The owner José María was very kind and very helpful to us. The house was very comfortable for a family group to spend two days together.

Beautiful place. We had traveled all through Spain and this was an ideal location for a night and change of pace. It was quiet and peaceful, beautiful surroundings. The place was clean and comfortable.

Pedro's house is perfect in terms of cleanliness and comfort. It has everything you need to have a perfect stay (cleaning products, kitchenware, bed linens, and towels, board games, ....) Too bad, I didn't enjoy it for more days, since it has a very nice patio to enjoy the barbecue. Pedro also has a welcome surprise prepared, which is appreciated. 100% recommended

The stay at Caridad's house was very pleasant.. We felt ,as in our home. All the house is very cozy and I value the cleanliness very much,I can say that everything was great... Very comfortable beds,sheets and towels,all super clean.. Communication with Caridad very good,a very close person and concerned that everything is good.. If we come back to the area,we would definitely stay at one of the houses in Caridad.. Best regards and see you soon

Everything was perfect! David is a very good host, friendly and communicative. We had a problem on arrival that was beyond his control and he came to help us right away. The village is very quiet and the house is comfortable. He left us the table set and details of the area upon our arrival. Easy access. Also wood for the barbecue. Javier's house is very nice. The location is spectacular, and we loved the area. The house is two floors as it puts in the description with everything you need. The views of the second lounge are incredible. The garden very well cared for, it is crossing a small alley, they are two different spaces, still, in it has everything you need to spend the whole day. Javier, nice, friendly and very willing to help us with what we needed. I recommend it

We spent some incredible days disconnecting in a quiet and beautiful environment in this house with a pool. Laura was very friendly and always helped with everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Very cozy private space next to the mountains, great stay!

Clean house, well organized and equipped with all the necessary utensils to spend the stay. The barbecue area is great and has a kitchen next door, which is a plus. The area is very quiet and secluded. The hosts Tere and Daniel welcomed us and were attentive at all times.

Very good house to spend a few days with friends and disconnect, you also have the village 5 minutes away by car and you have everything.

We had a wonderful time at Susan Home. We had nice sunny weather in December and were also able to enjoy it on the spacious, sunny balcony! Angelo is always easily accessible and responds quickly to questions. Glad we chose Susan Home!
