Discover Somontano is born from the illusion of giving a second life to my grandparents' house. A house that my grandfather built with his hands in 1983, to return to the village that he was born. Lázaro and Manolita invested their retirement savings in this house, and for years, it held beautiful family memories. Today, we are delighted to share with you this family home, renovated in a contemporary style, featuring solid, eco-friendly wood furniture and carefully selected décor.

It is located in the small and quiet village of Basturs (Pallars Jussà), where one of the most important dinosaur sites in Europe is located. In the area you can do many activities: visit the Estanys de Basturs and castles, do hiking and mountain biking, visit wineries and discover the region's immense natural and geological heritage.

Welcome to Ca L'Esquerré, a fully renovated family property dating back to 1730, which has been passed down through generations to the present day. We have tried to restore it and decorate it with elements that have great sentimental value for us, in order to share with you the history of our house and our town located in an environment of olive trees, cabins and dry stone walls (recently declared by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site).
