What a wonderful place to stay a few days. The house has been designed, developed and decorated by the hostess herself. Fully equipped and very well insulated, with spacious rooms and good beds. The WiFi is excellent, TV equipped with all apps, we lacked nothing. Safe and private parking within the walls was also convenient. Sheila is a great host and lives nearby. In short, super!!

The photos and description of the accommodation and the surroundings match perfectly. Benjamin anticipated each step to take, making the entrance to the house clear and without a doubt, how everything worked and even indicating places to visit, restaurants, routes, ... His kindness and willingness to answer any questions or needs are unbeatable. The cleanliness of the house, furnishings, bed linens and towels, phenomenal. And what can I say about the house, for me it's beautiful, well laid out and the views... the best. Thank you very much for everything, Benjamin. It was a pleasure to stay in your house.

Beautiful apartment, located in a very quiet area from which you can walk to the bars and restaurants in the area in 5 minutes. The piso is just like the photos. It has a garage space, although there is plenty of parking outside. Very clear instructions and all the facilities. The apartment has a dossier with maps and recommendations for the area. Very close to Avilés and Cudillero. When we come back in the area we will definitely be back.

Sergio's house is a private accommodation where one can feel cozy and have a taste of a traditional asturian housing. We had a very warm welcome by the check-in by Sergio's parents. The surrounding is private and quite, and day trips to Oviedo, Cudillero, Salinas are possible. We enjoyed our stay very much and we totally recommend it.
