Here you live on the countryside yet only 15 min to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you would rather stroll and experience the small-town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 min away by car. For those of you who play golf, two nice golf courses are offered at Österlens Gk within 15 min by car. There are all sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad etc.

Gladsax is located in the heart of Österlen with close proximity to the sea, nature, sights and in combination of a stunningly beautiful and genuine environment. The guesthouse is adapted for 2 people and is suitable for those who want to enjoy the little extra both indoors and outdoors on the beautiful Österlen. The interior was created by interior designer Djon Clausen. The house has an overall area of 50 m2 and the plot is 4000 m2.

Stay in a classic Shepherd's hut in the middle of Folk & Fruit's organic apple farm. A wagon built throughout in solid eco materials. Equipped with a double bed, a kitchen, a fireplace, a shower, and a WC. The wagon is completely off grid. Here, you can be completely disconnected and experience the feeling of staying in the middle of an apple orchard. The nearest neighbours are Baskemölla eco village with its varied architecture. 500m down to Baskemölla harbour for morning swim from the harbour pier.

You're in a rural idyll. Nearby, there are lovely excursions, such as beaches, hiking trails, flea markets and a diversity of cozy cafes and restaurants.
