This place is a gem for skiing at breckenridge!

So glad we found this house! Perfect location, great fenced yard. We limited our dogs to going in/out the front door, so they never saw the back rooms/back door (we wanted to limit any possible bad-doggy behavior). So it worked perfectly - let them out the front door, but since the yard wraps to the back, they could still see us and be nearby in the yard or on the deck when we were in the backyard hot tub. Shelly was very friendly and informative. I highly recommend her Airbnb, especially if you have dogs and want to stay in Golden, and be able to use a hot tub as well!

We stayed for several days in Ryan's lovely home with our two children - we had plenty of room for our family of four! The kitchen/living area was spacious and perfect for cooking meals, and we loved spending time in the evenings with the view of the flat irons. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, and it was easy to get to grocery stores and trails. We loved the decor and lighting of the home, as well as the many plants and homemade wood pieces - everything made for a very welcoming and cozy vibe. We would love to stay again.

I Had an amazing stay at this house in Colorado! The peaceful atmosphere made it the great escape from the traffic. The hot tub was a huge highlight—nothing beats soaking in it while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The place was cozy, well-kept, and had everything I needed. Would definitely come back!

Our stay at 110 South Sawmill in Craig and Jeff’s home was amazing! Their perfect directions took us right to their beautiful, cozy and very clean home. The views from every room are stunning. You will enjoy all of the space the home has to offer especially the well equipped kitchen with lots of extras(we love to cook), the kitchen nook(great conversation area), TV room and of course the hot tub that also had its own special spot! We wanted special family time, R & R(very comfy beds) and our getaway was exactly what we got in this lovely home and location, close to Evergreen for yummy dining but also eating in! Thank you to Craig and Jeff for their quick response times to answer questions, restaurant recommendations and a perfect home that had everything we needed and more! Lisa & Todd Sloan

Beautiful cabin! We had a great stay. Hot tub and sauna were a plus! Only thing that was tricky were the stairs!! Really wished that the snow on the side of the cabin would have been cleared so that we could have parked our vehicle.

Everything was just as the pictures show and the hot tub was clean & working! My favorite thing was the guide book! Very helpful for a first time visitor! We loved our Airbnb. we stayed for 6 nights and it couldn't have been more perfect. The kitchen had all we needed and the beds and couch were comfy We really enjoyed the Hot Tub and the location was perfect for exploring . Our host was responsive throughout and made sure we had all we needed. I'd recommended this Airbnb for anyone looking for a quiet and clean place to stay.

This unit was perfect for our girls' ski trip. It was great to have three bathrooms and lots of stocked items! There is a great view from the deck and we especially liked the hot tubs, steam room and sauna after a full day of skiing. It was so easy to get over to Copper Mountain and a quick trip back at the end of the day. It was also nice to be in a quiet area with plenty of parking! Frisco has many great restaurants and cute shops within walking distance! (I even found two geocaches when I was out and about.) Nicole was very responsive and the binder in the unit was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was amazing! The location was perfect. 4 minutes to Beaver Creek and 15 mins to Vail. Since it was our first time in CO, we even drove the 1.5 hours to Aspen to check it out. The drive was so beautiful! Coming home every night to a fireplace and hot tub was icing on the cake! We will definitely go back in the summer to enjoy the lake and some hiking, and can't imagine staying anywhere else!

Trisha’s place was perfect! We stayed for a week and felt right at home. She communicated very well. Gave us easy to follow instructions and always answered any questions promptly. The location was PERFECT! It was right by a Walmart, great restaurants, only 25 minutes from Denver and 1 hour from the nearest ski slopes. The house was more than enough space for myself, husband and our 7 year old son with an extra bedroom to spare. It was very clean and in a good neighborhood as well. The only thing it didn’t have was a washer and dryer but we packed enough clothes or bought new ones to work around that. I 10/10 recommend this home and the amazing host Mrs. Trisha! We will definitely be coming to stay again!

Loved the privacy of the backyard. On the LOBO walking trails. Twin Lakes close enough to walk around. Nice location between Longmont and Boulder/Denver. Ksenia is there if you need but gives you the privacy you need and want too. I would stay there again! 🥰

Our weekend ski trip to Dillon was made perfect by this fantastic house! The location was ideal – just a short drive to Keystone and Breckenridge, and we loved being able to pop into Dillon for groceries and dinner. The house itself was clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. We had plenty of room for our group. The living area was cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. We especially appreciated the fireplace and the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and recommendations for local restaurants and activities.

What a wonderful and comfortable home. Plenty of space and very warm in the winter. Loved staying in an older home that the kids had plenty of space to spread out.

Wow! Our group of 6 adults, 2 small children, and 3 dogs had the BEST time. The house is right near the cute downtown area and about a mile from the Argo Mine. We spent time shopping and eating downtown, went on the mine tour, and drove up to Echo Lake for a hike. All awesome! The kitchen had so many great appliances and dishware which was amazing because we cooked a big dinner one of the nights and we grilled out on the back deck. Also well stocked with kid friendly dishes. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the upstairs area we fit two pack n plays and 2 adults sleeping up there. We would definitely come back and would highly recommend for a family friendly weekend!

The pictures don't do this place justice! The home is wonderful, sturdy, and full of high quality furniture throughout. The couch and beds were very nice! We were more than comfortable with 5 people and a dog here; there was plenty of space and seating. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms were well-supplied, and the backyard (even covered in snow) was a real treat. Great space for a dog, and in warmer weather it would be a great space to hangout. The location was quiet and peaceful, and with the proximity to the bus stop it was very easy to get anywhere in town without driving. Mike was a wonderful host; always responsive, always friendly, and his welcome packet has tons of local suggestions for things to do/places to go!

I can’t say enough good things about this home. 10/10 recommend! Very easy check in and clear instructions, accommodating of early checkin if available! The home came stocked with everything you can think of and even the things you didn’t think of. The home was open and spacious, my favorite part was the large table that sat the whole family of 11 for a nice meal together. Conveniently located near outdoor activities, a grocery store, coffee shop and a quick bite. As if that wasn’t enough, we were offered a discount on a future stay that we will definitely be taking advantage of! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Merlot Moose was such a comfortable home for our family to enjoy our ski vacation. Very cozy and our adult children thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and just sitting in front of the fireplace or playing games! The kitchen was well stocked and it was so convenient to town… Just a mile away. Janis and Tyler were great hosts and very responsive to anything that we had questions on or if we needed anything. WIFI was great for those of us who had to work a bit from home! There was plenty of space for everybody to spread out and TVs in every room.

We absolutely loved this property! It’s perfect for a multi-family mountain getaway, offering plenty of space and comfort. The layout was ideal, with bedrooms on all three floors and multiple seating areas for everyone to spread out and relax. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the two dining areas made mealtime easy and enjoyable. The kids had a blast with the basement games and outdoor hot tub. The scenery was stunning, and the cozy, mountain-inspired decor made it feel like a true retreat. We’d love to stay here again!
