Felt right at home on the Blue River. Shannon’s condo was very clean, comfortable, tastefully appointed, and well equipped. It served as a perfect retreat as I explored the area, worked remote, and got in some late spring skiing. The location is great! I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the sounds of the river as I worked. The kitchen proved to be properly stocked with stainless steel cookware and gas range, and the bed was comfy too. Nice! Shannon was easy to communicate with and provided detailed directions / instructions to make check in/out a breeze and stay as seamless as possible. Great experience and I’d love to stay again next time I’m in the area!

This was the second time the my teenage daughter, dad, and I stayed at Kris and Karen’s place for a multi-day ski trip. It works perfectly for our needs.

Fantastic stay with Katy - we came to do some fly fishing and she gave me a book of Colorado's best fishing spots as soon as we checked in!! She was awesome, place was immaculate, and right on the Eagle. Will return!

We had an exceptional stay at Kristy’s place. The condo was absolutely spotless and thoughtfully designed, with every detail covered—from clear instructions for the appliances to a fully stocked kitchen with coffee, spices, and all the essentials for cooking. There were even games and toys for the kids. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax, and the peaceful river behind the condo added to the serene atmosphere. We also loved having a dishwasher and washer/dryer with detergent provided, and all the conveniences that made our stay hassle-free. Kristy was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. This condo truly exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

Perfect spot for a mountain getaway! Beautiful lakeside location yet close to town and an easy drive to keystone. Well kept condo, very clean and nicely decorated. Look forward to coming back!

I am currently working in Avon Monday through Thursday. Come home to Denver Thursday night. The place I had before wasn't nearly as comforting. I felt much more comfortable here. Super easy to get into and Amy left very detailed instructions on entering the unit and parking. Nottingham lake is right outside the door. It was wonderful to get off work and go for a run or go fishing. Beautiful scenery. The shower was big and had 3 heads. Absolutely incredible. The washer and dryer are amenities that I seek out. I appreciate having them so that I can pack clean clothes. They are loud appliances tho, so if you are a light sleeper do your laundry during the day. I'll be staying here again when I get back from vacation!

Clean and has everything you need for essential necessities. Very convenient location, about 5-10 minutes from downtown and the slopes! Can’t beat it.

Laurie’s spot is absolutely perfect! The views are unbeatable, offering a stunning panorama of the lake and mountains. It’s conveniently located near RiverRun Village and Dillon, making it easy to explore. We had a great time skiing, walking around the lake, and even swimming. The condo was incredibly clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

This was our second stay at Desiree’s beautiful Airbnb, and we hope to return again and again. It is indeed a very dog-friendly place to chill with the fur baby, but it also is clean and comfy for us humans. We love being able to sit by the river, or watch tv while our dog runs in and out the doggie door to enjoy “her” huge fenced-in backyard. We’ve not had a single issue with anything - the beds are comfy and Desiree provides all the thoughtful amenities. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

I can’t say enough good things about Ryan and his home! This was the ideal stay for three couples in town for a short skiing weekend. The house was very clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed including plenty of dishes and towels. The community has a nice trail you can use to walk to nearby restaurants. We are all looking forward to staying here for our next ski trip!

Absolutely breathtaking. As a person that lives in the city most of the time this is the perfect getaway. The sounds of the river drowned out all previous stress and it’s full of fish as well. Will be coming back and I am thankful for the owner being super communicative. Very happy.

Do not pass up this hidden gem! If you want peace and quiet, beautiful surroundings, and love fishing and water activities, book it now! Our hosts were amazing and the lakehouse was everything we wanted for our staycation. Every day (our stay was the end of May) we saw moose, blue heron, deer, humminbirds and a variety of other wild birds. The hot tub was perfect and the house has everything you need to cook your own meals, grill and just relax. We will most definitely be back!

So grateful for our time! Beautiful location. We took the short trip to Idaho Springs for Main Street Restaurant, Beau Jo’s, and shopping in town. We hit a few local trails, and wrapped up the trip with Emerald Lake and the beautiful drive on Peak to Peak scenic byway. It was such a delight to walk out the door and be greeted with clear creek, sound and sight. The hot tub was the cherry on top. We cannot wait to plan a trip back.

Quiet little town with stunning views of the Rockies. Place is very recently built, so modern and new. The Blue River right at the property is just great. Walked the river trail in the afternoon, and that is just awesome. Located right at the town center, so easy to shop and lots of options to eat around. Highly recommended! I liked the check in instructions with actual photos. That’s so mindfully in details. Thank you!

We really loved staying at Chantal’s quiet home. It’s close enough to the village to have easy access, but also far enough that the location feels truly peaceful, private, and quiet. Her place was amazingly well-stocked with everything we needed to do some light cooking, stay comfy during the night with a humidifier, and do laundry.

This place was a great find for skiing at Copper. It had a great central location and was close to everything. The hot tub with the robes provided was an excellent touch and Heather was an extremely responsive host. Would recommend!

We can't say enough about how great Erin was. She was super nice and very responsive. She was by far the quickest and friendliest host we have had through Airbnb. We had a medical situation while we were there and she even offered to set us up with a doctor friend if necessary. Condo had everything we needed to cook three meals a day including basic spices, etc. to get you started. Plenty of space for 6 of us to eat together, play games, or hang out on the sofas. Kids took advantage of the hot tub each night. Very close to downtown, grocery store, and bus shuttle to Copper Mountain Resort. Check in and check out were very easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back; maybe in the summer to enjoy a different kind of fun.

This was a beautiful stay, three minute drive from Keystone. There was so much to do in the surrounding area. Check in was simple, similar to other Summit County rentals we have done. We never had trouble finding a parking spot. The room was a perfect size for two of us going away for the week, with beautiful mountain view’s overlooking a nice frozen lake. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc. Bathroom had a heating lamp, which was nice on chilly days. Bed was comfy and warm. Dining area was a cute little spot surrounded by windows. Fireplace was nice, and if you are sore after skiing, the side door of the property connects to the Keystone Lodge, so you can walk right from your room to the adjoining Lodge to use their sauna, pool, and steam room. Overall, super great stay!

Scott's condo was clean and comfortable. It was unusually spacious for a one bed/one bath. The building is quiet and very well maintained (I don't think I've ever been in such a clean parking garage). The location is excellent (a rec path leads straight to the reservoir for summer months and a short walk to the bus stop to Copper for winter months). We would definitely return.

We had a great stay! The host was very responsive and accommodating—we asked about the possibility of an early check-in, and they quickly confirmed that we could check in at 11:30am, which was super helpful and much appreciated. The room itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with interesting pictures and photos that gave it a warm and personal touch. We also really enjoyed the smart home setup—having Alexa available made things even more convenient and added a modern feel to the space. Overall, a comfortable and well-thought-out stay. We’d happily come back again!
