Excellent location, very near to Mudumalai Safari Point. Huge space surrounded by plantation, frangrant flowers, good landscape and huge playground. Lovely spacious clean cottages with garden area outside. We enjoyed our stay with our toddler and pet. Homely and tasty food. Few days spent here in this peaceful place will rejuivinate you. We would love to come back here again with family

We really loved our stay here. We had booked a 2-night stay for our short trip to Ooty, and although the place is a little far from the town center, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise, allowing us to escape the traffic during the peak season. The host was very proactive, and the staff was extremely helpful, ensuring timely arrangements for breakfast and even providing dinner on short notice. The rooms were clean, and all the listed amenities were provided. Overall, it was a wonderful experience staying in this beautiful 1 BHK villa.

We stayed at this Airbnb in Ooty for just one night as part of a family retreat (9 in total), and it turned out to be a lovely experience. The property is conveniently located very close to town, yet it offers a peaceful atmosphere that’s perfect for unwinding. The highlight of our stay was the warm hospitality. Martin, who manages the property, was incredibly calm, helpful, and reassuring—especially when we spotted a bison nearby! He quickly put us at ease and assured us the area was safe. Simon, the property owner, also went out of his way to accommodate our two drivers, even arranging fresh bedding for them, which we really appreciated. In fact, we specifically chose this property because it offered driver accommodation—something essential in Ooty’s chilly weather. We all enjoyed having our own space and time to relax, and overall, the stay was very comfortable. That said, food service was a bit delayed, and the kitchen could have been cleaned up better after meal preparations.
