In this place you can stay on the sunny side of Brokke. The location is central right next to Brokke alpine resort and ski slopes. The area offers great hiking opportunities, hunting, fishing and climbing. It is an end apartment on 1 floor and contains an entrance hall, 3 bedrooms, bathroom/laundry room, living room and kitchen with exit to the terrace. 3 bedrooms with double beds provide sleeping space for up to 6 people. Parking by the apartment. Tenant must bring bed linen and towels. Duvets and pillows are available. The tenant must clean up after themselves.

Included: Bed linen, towels, electricity, firewood and washing up. Newly renovated ground floor apartment in a house on a farm. We live in one of the houses and also rent out a cabin and the apartment on the top floor on AIRBNB. ("Rofshus2" and "Lita hytte i solfylt gårdstun") Patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Great views of Totak and the mountains. 5 min drive to the city center with shops and groomed cross-country ski trails. 10 min to ski resorts. Good WIFI. Great hiking opportunities in summer. Charger for electric car 5 min away.

New cabin in Brokke - Perfect family cabin

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun. The cabin has all the amenities a modern holiday home should have. Brokke is a perfect place for outdoor activities in summer and winter. Swimming in the popular pools, climbing routes, new roller ski track, dumptrack and frisbee. Alpine slope and cross-country skiing The cabin is located close to the summer open Brokke-Suleskarveien. A fantastic alpine tour that ends in Lysefjorden in Rogaland. 10 min by car to the nearest store and Sølvgarden hotel and restaurant.

Newer cabin with great views and nice hiking opportunities

Viking age hut listed in 2017 in Øygarden hut area. It is a small cabin area with good distance between the cabins and you have great hiking opportunities just outside the door. The cabin has 3 bedrooms. There is room for 7, but it is best suited for couples or families with children. There is a personal touch to the cabin as it is often used by us as well, so there will be basic goods in kitchen cabinets and there may be goods in refrigerators with durability. Use whatever you need during your stay.

Apartment Rauland, close to Totak, scenic, 2p

Sleeps 2 adults, 1 child in a travel bed. Possibility of an extra adult on mattress. Please let us know when booking. Convenient location by Totakvannet. Enjoy peace and quiet. High standard. Nature enters the living room. Deer, hares, foxes and deer often pass by. Yoursome life. The cranes have a landing here on their way into their nesting areas. Medieval "prestvegen" goes past the property and can be followed through the forest to Sandane which is the bathing beach with large B. Sun from midday.

A large and comfortable apartment close to center of Kristiansand. The apartment has kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom; suits a family and longer stays.. It has two balconies and garden accessible from main bedroom and living room. The kitchen is modern Scandinavian design with dining facilities for six persons and has a chair for small children. Flott, nyere hytte sentralt på Brokke til leie. Ikke så stor, men godt utnyttet. Takhøyden i stua gjør at hytta føles romslig. Tur stier og skiløyper i umiddelbar nærhet. Ski-in til alpin bakken(man renner ned til alpin senteret via skiløypa over elva) . Hytta ligger nær lysløype, rulleskiløype og nær Brokkestøylen. Plass til 8-9 personer. Fint for en- to familier. To soverom med familiekøye i hvert rom. En hems med 3 madrasser. Hund tillat etter avtale.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

The cabin is about 125 sqm and has good standards. 3 bedrooms with family beds and single beds. 2 bathrooms, one of which has a sauna. Living room with TV. Large living room-kitchen with wood stove and panoramic views of Brokke Alpinsenter. Tiled patio with bench, table and fire pit. Towels and bed linen must be brought and it is expected that the cabin is left tidy and cleaned. Code for key box is available before arrival.
