The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and by the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun. The cabin has all amenities a modern holiday home to have. Brokke is a perfect place for the outdoors in the outdoors in the air. Swimming in the popular bullpen, climbing routes, new roller skating, dumptrack and fresbee. Alpine slope and cross country skiing The cabin is located right by the summer open Brokke-Suleskarveien. Included: Bed linen, towels, electricity, wood for firing and cleaning. Newly renovated plinth apartment in a farm house. We live in one of the houses and also rent out a cabin and the upstairs apartment on AIRBNB. ("Rofshus2" and "Lita cabin in sunny farmhouse") Patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Great view of Totak and the mountains. 5 min to drive to the city centre with shops and driven cross country trails. 10 min to the ski centers. Great WIFI. Great summer hiking opportunities. Charger for electric car 5 min away.

Newer cabin with a great view and nice hiking opportunities

Eel hut constructed in 2017 in Øygarden hut field. There is a small hut area with good distance between the huts and you have great hiking opportunities right outside the door. The cabin has 3 bedrooms. There is room for 7, but is best suited for couples or families with children. There is a personal touch on the cabin as it is often used by us as well, so there will be basic items in the kitchen cabinets and there may be items in the refrigerator with durability. Use whatever you need during your stay.

Hel leilighet i 2. etasje. Stor stue med kjøkkenkrok, romslig bad og soverom med dobbeltseng. Stille og naturskjønt. Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Hytten kan by på et soverom med til sammen 3 sengeplasser, bad med dusj, romslig kjøkken og koselig stue med sovesofa. Sengene står oppredde, gryter, kopper og kar er på plass, yatzee, kortstokk. Bose DVD hjemmekino anlegg. Stuen er koselig med en meget koselig hyttestemning, Kjøkkenet er romslig med rikelig med skap og benkeplass. Det er lyst og luftig med god plass til spisebord.Bad med wc, vask, og dusjkabinett. Tilkoblet privat vann og avløp. Gratis; internett, strøm.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

The cottage is about 125 sqm and has good standard. 3 bedrooms with family bunk beds and single beds. 2 bathrooms of which one has a sauna. Living room with TV. Large living room-kitchen area with wood-burning stove and panoramic view to Brokke Alpine Center. Poured patio with bench, table and fireplace. Towels and linens must be brought and it is expected that the cabin is left tidy and cleaned. Key box code is provided prior to arrival.

Apartment Rauland, close to Totak, scenic, 2p

Sleeps 2 adults, 1 child in travel cot. Convenient location by Totakvannet. Enjoy peace and quiet. High standard. Nature enters the living room. Deer, hares, foxes and deer often pass by. Yoursome life. The cranes have a landing here on their way into their nesting areas. Medieval "prestvegen" goes past the property and can be followed through the forest to Sandane which is the bathing beach with large B. Sun from midday.
