Apartment in the basement of a cottage built in 2020. The cabin is located 970 meters above sea level, at the top of Holtardalen with a great view of Raulandsfjell. Skiin/out The cabin borders directly on the hiking and high mountain terrain east behind the cabin. A great hiking terrain inwards the Silkedalen. Short distance to many fishing waters and nice swimming areas. The area is known for good skiing conditions throughout the winter with 150 km of cross-country ski trails, 12 lifts and 26 downhill slopes. Shared lift pass and ski bus between the lifts. Simple and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. 10 minutes walk to the store and bathing place. 5 minutes walk to the bus. The home has a good, family-friendly layout over a flat and is a modern home with balanced ventilation and air-to-air heat pump. Living room and kitchen are located in open solution with integrated appliances, fireplace and plenty of space for dining table. The bathroom is tiled and has a shower corner, as well as a practical laundry area behind sliding doors. The home also has a nice entrance and 3 great bedrooms

At this place you can stay on the sunny side at Brokke. The location is central right by Brokke alpine resort and ski slopes. The area offers great hiking opportunities,hunting, fishing and climbing. There is an end apartment on the 1st floor and contains entrance hall, 3 bedrooms, bathroom/laundry room, living room and kitchen with exit to the terrace. 3 bedrooms with a double bed allows for up to 6 people. Parking by the apartment. Tenant must bring linen and towels. Duvets and pillows are available. The tenant must wash out after himself.

We live in one of the houses and also rent out a cabin and the upstairs apartment on AIRBNB. ("Rofshus2" and "Lita cabin in sunny farmhouse") Patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Great view of Totak and the mountains. 5 min to drive to the city centre with shops and driven cross country trails. 10 min to the ski centers. Great WIFI. Great summer hiking opportunities. Charger for electric car 5 min away.

The hill also has an amazing beach for both big and small that is right by Åros. 20 min to the climbing park High and Lavt. Easy access from E134 with parking close to the apartment. Check in via lockbox. Great location for exploring all the attractions in Ullensvang . The apartment is equipped with pillows and duvets for 6 people. Bed linen and towels are not provided, my guests must bring their own or rent by appointment and wash out upon departure.

Welcome to our simple basement apartment, beautifully located next to the river Dåselva. The apartment has a separate entrance to our house, has all the basic facilities and is only a 5 min from Evje! Perfect if you are traveling alone, as a couple or small family. We have a big garden that you are free to use and it goes all the way down to the river, which provides nice bathing opportunities. 10 min to walk to the nearest grocery store and many nice walking areas right next to the apartment!
