Lys og delikat innredet leilighet. Bygd opp som en hotell suite, med stue, soverom med kjøkkenkrok, stor dusj og separat bad. Her kan man slappe av i rolige og landlige omgivelser. Sommerbyene Risør, Kragerø og Tvedestrand er kun 40 minutter unna med bil. Og for de som er glade i å gå på ski er det et stort løypenett ved Kleivvann og Skitrekk på Gautefall. På sommerstid kan man oppsøke noen av Gjerstads fine badeplasser som Sandåkerhølen eller Kleivvann. Jaktterreng kan leies gjennom Statskog.

A new apartment - cozy, modern and light. Located at Bjorbekk, only 4,5 km from the center of Arendal. Bus stop near by with plenty of connections every day. From the kitchen and bedroom window, you have a beautiful view of the river. Here you can also go for a swim (about a 2 min walk). Grimstad is also worth a visit, 17 km, and if you want to visit the zoo in Kristiansand, a 40 min drive will take you there.
