Our place has two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double Kingsize bed. Bedroom 2 has three single beds. The bed in the loft is 120 cm wide. You will find a shower room with shower, washing machine, dryer and a sink. The toilet is in a separate room where you will also find a hand basin and the hot water heater for the cabin. The Sauna is in the main hallway just outside the shower room. The hallway leads down three steps to the dining/living room/kitchen with a doorway out to the terrace area. Outside you have a terrace overlooking the lake. You will also find the outside shower and several places around the cabin to sit depending on where the sun is and the time of day. The Jacuzzi is beside the parking places for the cabin facing towards the mountain views and the lake.

The cabin has four bedrooms with double beds, large living room and kitchen, two bathrooms, large child-friendly loft room, as well as large terrace with outdoor furniture and fireplace. TV/Internet. The tenant must bring their own bed linen and towels, and must clean the cabin upon departure and is responsible for leaving the cabin in the same condition as when you arrived. The address of the cabin is Langfitvegen 23. At the exit to Brokke Alpintsenter turn right, then twice to the left - drive to the end of the cul-de-sac. The cabin is visible from the main road.

There are good opportunities for outdoor life in summer and winter; swimming, boating, hiking trails, top tours and skiing/downhill skiing at Gautefall ski resort. Alpine slope and cross-country skiing The cabin is located close to the summer open Brokke-Suleskarveien. A fantastic alpine tour that ends in Lysefjorden in Rogaland. 10 min by car to the nearest store and Sølvgarden hotel and restaurant.

Bed linens and towels are included, but you have to wash them yourselves. We communicate well via the app. The cabin is perfectly located for excursions both uphill and downhill in Setesdal. Amazing views in Brokke - ski in/out

Modern cottage from 2021 with floor-to-ceiling windows that open the cottage to a spectacular view of mountains and valleys. In summer, the sheep graze around the cabin and if you're lucky, a hare will be hopping around. In winter, there is ski in/out. The cabin has both a heat pump and a fireplace that provides good heat and comfort. The spacious attic with TV, Lego and games is perfect for the kids. The cabin is perfect for two families. If you are only adults, a maximum of 8 people is recommended.
