The house is old and cozy( but has a low standard of bathrooms, crooked floors and low door frames). You have the entire house and garden at your disposal. There is a lot of room for activity for children. In winter there is often a lot of snow and good opportunities. There is plenty of space to play in the snow and ski. Price does not include laundry.
