Cozy cabin with private bathing area

A place to relax in great natural surroundings. Here there is electricity, running water, shower, TV and internet. The cabin is completely secluded with its own jetty and has several nice outdoor areas. The heat pump keeps the temperature even throughout the day and the wood stove can be lit for coziness and extra heat. Ski slope at Øynaheia is not far away and you can strap on the skis at the cabin and walk towards the slopes from there. Very nice bathing opportunities with your own jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

Here you can pick blueberries in the summer, go canoeing, barbecue on the fire pan and swim at the jetty. Good hiking opportunities just outside the cabin. Brufjellhulene, Helleren in Jøssingfjord, Jøssingfjord Museum, Ruggesteinen, Løtoft, Lundbadet and Sogndalstrand. Shopping opportunities in the small towns of Egersund and Flekkefjord. Motorsenter Norway should be experienced by motor enthusiasts. Prepared ski slopes at Sætra.

Newer cabin with great views and nice hiking opportunities

Viking age hut listed in 2017 in Øygarden hut area. It is a small cabin area with good distance between the cabins and you have great hiking opportunities just outside the door. The cabin has 3 bedrooms. There is room for 7, but it is best suited for couples or families with children. There is a personal touch to the cabin as it is often used by us as well, so there will be basic goods in kitchen cabinets and there may be goods in refrigerators with durability. Use whatever you need during your stay.

From the large panoramic windows you will get a unique view of the North Sea and Norway's largest concentration of bird species. Living in this architectural gem is an experience. Here you can relax with lovely views from the living room and terrace. Take a short or long walk in the woods/on the mountain right above the cabin. Fishing with the boat located in the common marina down by the water. Short distance to the summer town of Flekkefjord (20 min by car) and 7 km to Moi city center where you will find, among other things, 2 grocery stores, pizzeria and a fantastic pastry shop. Early check-in/late check-out is possible, just ask.

Giljastølen's best viewing spot. Many varied mountain hikes. Fishing and swimming opportunities. Ski in ski out in winter with Gilja Alpin 250 meters from the cabin. After the day's activities, it is good to sink into a hot tub with a good massage and enjoy the sunset or starry sky. There is also a sauna in the cabin. Good sun conditions around the cabin from morning to evening in summer. Relax with friends and family in this amazing holiday home.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.
