Vacation rentals with a patio in Selsey

Monika was a brilliant host, the house was as described and very clean and well appointed. Excellent location for public transport and many excellent eateries to choose from. We stayed for two weeks and felt very at home.

A hidden gem. This was the perfect spot for exploring the nature reserves and beaches nearby. It was clean, the beds were comfy and the kitchen was tiny but remarkably well kitted out. We will definitely be back.

I rather loved my stay here in Southsea, opposite Ravelin Park, and close to so many attractions. Portsmouth Museum is just across the road, the seaside about 10 mins walk, the Historic Dockyard and gunwharf not much further. The apartment itself had all facilities and appliances anyone might want. It was clean, warm and fairly quiet, considering the busy traffic. The wifi, telly worked fine. I prefer the lockbox for the key too. All in all, quite perfect. I would happily stay there again.

Such a lovely stay and beautiful accommodation. Mandy and Michael were very responsive and answered all the questions I had. Would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to stay in the area :)

We had a great stay at this property. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and has a wonderful view from the living area. It is great to walk straight out on to the beach and we had some wonderful walks with our dog. The area itself lacks a nice centre but we had some good pub lunches in the surrounding area.

Great location for the station, beach and shops. Ten mins walk to all three. Lots of tea, coffee, kitchen roll, hand soap, loo rolls and other toiletries were provided which were greatly appreciated. Host provided excellent help with parking and if we need a base again in Worthing I will be rebooking.

We stayed at the property as our own home was going through alot of structural work as part of an insurance claim so we had to move out. This meant that we had to extend the stay according to how the claim was progressing. Tim was fantastic and appreciate our situation and was very flexible through quite a stressful time. We had a lovely stay the property was perfect for what we needed. Clean, warm, cosy and close to amenities. As this was an extended stay there was also a washing machine which was brilliant. Tim our host was always available for any questions and we had quick responses.

We had a wonderful welcome of Prosecco, chocolate cake and some secret chocolate gifts! I would highly recommend Sonia as a host and Micasa as a place to stay. We had a lovely break and the Isle of Wight was wonderful as always. Not the greatest weather but still lots to do. We would happily return to Micasa and Sonia’s hospitality.

We have just returned from an amazing stay at the House at Ryde Sands. The views from the lounge and master bedroom are STUNNING! The house was very clean and tidy and well equipped. I honestly don’t think we could have found anywhere better to stay. Thank you Beth & Scott xx

We had an excellent stay at Jonathan's place in Petworth over a couple of nights for my wife's birthday. Jonathan was very friendly and extremely responsive and sorted us out with some great local recommendations. The house is in a perfect location in the centre of petworth within walking distance of the restaurants, pubs and shops. We couldn't really fault anything about our choice to stay at Jonathan's. Thank you very much!

If you are thinking about starting an Airbnb, Mary’s place is a great example of how to do things right. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and to be honest I wouldn’t change a thing. Mary was pro-active, friendly and helpful and gave me clear instructions as to how to access the place, where to park etc. I have already booked for later this year and will find myself in the same area next year; I will be back!

Wir waren mit sieben Personen in der Unterkunft und hatten ausreichend Platz. Der Aufenthalt bei Dawn war angenehm. Das Haus ist schön und in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen. Dawn war für Rückfragen stets erreichbar. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung.

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

Many thanks to Andrew for being a great host. We loved the accommodation and the location is perfect for the beach and walkable to the local shops and in a lovely area. The house is extremely well provisioned with everything you could need thought of. The pool table was great fun and the WiFi and smart TV made for nice relaxed evenings. We did not try the wood burner but the heating was so effective with clear instructions. the local beach is beautiful and clean and can be reached in about 5 mins walk. a perfect place for a mini break.

The house was perfect for our needs and suited 6 adults and 2 children. Great communal space with 2 bedrooms at either end of the house to ensure own space too. Fantastic location as we travelled to Arundel Castle, The Pig in the South Downs, and West Wittering beach. Lovely pubs locally too for dinner.

The flat was very clean and had everything we needed to make our 4 week last-minute stay nice and easy. Lukman was very helpful and communicative to anything we needed (not that we needed anything!). The flat was very clean and a great place to be for working and relaxing. We were very impressed and would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had such a wonderful time at Rob's place in Elmer. The beach is on your doorstep with the most beautiful blue water! There are plenty of places to eat and drink both within walking distance and a short drive. Rob was fantastic with communication and also with recommendations on places to visit - we highly recommend taking a beach walk to Felpham and stopping for lunch at the Lobster Pot or taking another beach walk in the opposite direction for a roast at the Black Horse! The place itself was comfortable and clean and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

This is a beautiful apartment absolutely perfect for a couple. It’s ground floor which made it extremely accessible. All is exactly as described with the views being out of this world.

Lovely quiet flat in South Ferring, walking distance to the beach, with the curry house, a small newsagents, and a small pub with a few local beers on tap. Walking distance to the Bluebird Cafe too! Ideal for a small family to have access to the beach.

Carolyn, myself and mally the labrador had a great week , very peaceful, sitting on the patio watching the ships sail past. Bryce was very helpful, and lives on site , if a problem was to arise. The accommodation was spacious spotless and well equipped.

Danke für die ausgezeichnete Unterkunft. Die nahe Lage zum Hafen mit allen möglichen öffentlichen Verkehrsanbindungen, ließen eine schnelle und unkomplizierte Fahrt in alle Richtungen zu. Durch die besondere Lage, war auch die Anfahrt mit dem Auto kein Problem und man konnte schnell und ohne Verzögerungen von A nach B kommen. Auch wenn ein kleiner Einkauf notwendig ist, findet man in in mittelbarer Nähe einen kleinen Einkaufsladen, der auch Brötchen anbietet. Durch die super Interessanten Sehenswürdigkeiten schon allein in Portsmouth, hat uns die eine Woche längst nicht ausgereicht. Die Unterkunft selbst ließ keine Wünsche offen und der Aufenthalt war super schön und sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder.

We stayed for the weekend, the place was very clean and spotless, we loved how easy it was to get to the beach and she was always responsive and helpful. My kids loved the chocolate eggs too

What an amazing place to stay. The apartment was ultra clean and cosy with everything you could possibly need provided. This was our first Airbnb stay and I think that this has set the bar really high!
