Our second family get-together in Anna & Eric’s gorgeous “garden”. The quirky accommodation options are fully equipped with anything you could possibly need and made homely and beautiful by Anna’s tasteful interior decoration. The addition of a “Pavillion” since our last visit made our evenings even better as there was plenty of room for our group of 15 to play games late into the night, after a day of tennis, tug-of-war, trampolining, bbq, chilling in the hot tub nestled in greenery while watching their peacock stroll back and forth…

Anthony was super welcoming and even gave us little extras in the fridge for our stay. Veyr very thoughtful. Nothing was too much trouble. He made us feel so welcome and came out to talk to us when we walked our dogs on his grounds. We will definitely return as there is so much to do and a great pub around the corner which is a two min walk. The property itself is quaint, clean and spacious and was perfect for my friend and I. We got home after our break feeling refreshed and relaxed. The property has everything you could need and I whole heartedly recommend this for anyone just want to check out of the hum drum for a while. We will definitley go back!

We had wonderful stay in the cabin (3 nights). Cabin is pristine clean and cosy, kitchen fully equipped. We were excited to find books about the local area, cuisine and birds, as well as our favourite board games of scrabble and battleship! :) Much appreciate very helpful communication with Rachel, before and throughout our stay.

Had a great week staying at Amberfold with Jon and Tanya. The Lodge is a great little place with everything needed to be self sufficient for a classic Airbnb stay. There is plenty of walking from the front door as well as a pub within walking distance. Jon and Tanya were very accommodating hosts, would highly recommend!

We’ve had a lovely couple of days relaxing at Anna’s place. The space is gorgeous and cosy and Anna was very helpful with giving us recommendations for the local area. We will definitely be back!

Me and my partner had the best time at Tara’s place, it was peaceful and so beautiful. Tara was very helpful and lovely when we checked in and her dog is very friendly. It was very clean and homely, the hot tub was ready for us as soon as we got there and it was as exactly as described. We had so much fun, thank you Tara!

This shepherds hut was a great place to stay while walking the South Downs Way. It was very clean, comfortable and warm and has its own bathroom facilities in a separate building. Pauline made me welcome and made sure I had everything I needed. I was very comfortable and had a great nights sleep. I'd definitely book to stay here again next time I am in the area.

Hare's Cottage was a cute little getaway and the space was just perfect for us and our dog for the night. It was immaculate, comfortable and had everything we needed - especially being dog friendly with its own completely enclosed private garden for our Dobermann to roam around in was great. Karen was a very welcoming and friendly host and the bottle of bubbles, birthday card, breakfast pastries, milk & dog treats were a very nice touch and very much appreciated - thank you 😊

Well designed, clean garden house. Only downside was shared garden and exposure to the main house but the garden is a pleasure to look at. Bosham is really pretty and friendly

Super little place. Absolutely spotless. We were 2 kids and 2 adults and it was big enough. We didn't spend to much time there but when we did it was clean and comfy. Would use again if we were coming back to the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Steve’s property. The holiday park facilities were great for our two children (5&9) and the property was clean and easy to find/access/ use. Would definitely stay here again

Our stay at the Hive was fabulous. In fact this is the best air BnB we have stayed at. It was small but perfectly formed with every possible care and thought put into equipping the space. It was also spotlessly clean. Our puppy was just as warmly welcomed with some fabulous toys, bowls and snacks. We very much appreciated the bottle of fizz, bread, milk and biscuits amongst the basics left for us. We walked to the World’s End pub in less than 10 mins and it was an easy drive to Arundel. Overall we had a wonderful stay and really hope to be back before too long. Thank you Heidi!

Phaedra was such a beautiful house boat and perfect for our family of three. We had such a lovely time relaxing on the house boat between adventures on the isle! Gina was a fantastic host, so responsive and helpful. We will certainly look to come back to spend more time in Bembridge!

Ruth was really responsive and helpful. The lodge itself is lovely, feels really spacious, the hot tub is a real winner and the spot it’s in on the lake is just perfect. I felt really relaxed, Ruth did little touches as well to make us feel really welcome. I would highly recommend this beautiful lodge, the only slight negative is the location, you can’t really walk to a town, but we have a car so it wasn’t the end of the world and it made us explore more of the surrounding villages which were really nice. Thank you Ruth we loved our family long weekend.

This property is beautiful and feels homely the barn has amazing beams throughout surrounded by green fields making you feel peaceful. the hosts are lovely and really care for their guests, we were greeted in the property by chocolates and instruction card always had conversations with us when we crossed paths and placed a home made butter cake on our car for when we left (I would go back just for the cake) we will definitely stay again highly recommend

Beautiful little place tucked in the back of the hosts garden, although felt totally in the middle of nowhere, it was so peaceful! The house itself is beautiful, so well looked after and decorated lovely! So much bigger than it looks in the photos too. The place has everything you need and more; there was me, my husband and our baby - we felt so comfortable and at home the whole time! West Wittering beach is only a short walk down the road, which is a beautiful long sandy beach. Really good location as East Wittering is only 5 minutes away and Chichester another 15 minutes down the road! Becky and James are fabulous hosts, and super responsive and friendly. They had left some lovely goodies for us on arrival, and made us feel super welcome! We will definitely be back - it was the most perfect getaway!

We had a wonderful couple of days here at Monika’s place! The views from the terrace were absolutely stunning, and the surrounding area is just as beautiful. We decided to make the most of the weather and walk the South Downs trail all the way to Winchester - with the trail only being a 5minute walk away. The annexe itself was clean, tidy and had everything we needed! It was lovely to have so many breakfast options available. Lastly, Monika was a lovely host who was very welcoming to us - we would love to come back again. Thank you for a lovely stay!

My husband and I stayed for one night to explore the surrounding area. Jo’s place was absolutely perfect and just what we needed for a short stay. The place was spotless and included so many extras like a welcome hamper with sweets, fruits and nuts. We also really enjoyed the breakfast provided in the morning made up of scrambled egg and salmon bagels with hash-browns, fruit, and fresh orange juice. Thank you so much to Jo and her husband for being so friendly and welcoming. We hope we can stay again next time we are in the area :)

We had a really lovely stay at marks place, really responsive with the few little queries we had, mark was efficient and generous with our check out time! Will definitely be retuning was Perfect for young families
