Vacation rentals with beach access in Selsey

Thank you for a wonderful stay! The view from the kitchen was amazing, the property was spotlessly clean and spacious throughout, and the bed was very comfortable. We had the perfect, restful stay and highly recommend this Air Bnb.

Great stay in a comfortable stylish apartment. The location was perfect as were travelling without a car and could easily walk everywhere. Lots of great pubs and restaurants nearby

Alf, was amazing always on hand to answerquestionsbefore& after booking, very responsive to messages. The apartment was perfect, clean, felt like home & had everything we needed. Alf kindly left a fabulous welcome pack of food & drinks. We travelled to see family and the accommodation was just what we needed. Would highly recommend Coombe Cottage. Lovely apartment with everything we needed. Good size bedrooms and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils etc. Two minute walk through the shared garden to the stone beach so super easy to pop down. East Wittering itself had lovely cafes and bakeries plus an amazing cheese shop. Karen was helpful and very responsive. I'd have no hesitation in staying again.

We had a wonderful stay. The flat was spacious, comfortable, well equipped and in a great location, convenient for the shops, beach, coastal walks and access to other parts of the island. We loved the view from the bay window and enjoyed our cosy evenings and watched some of the large selection of dvd's. We'd highly recommend it for a holiday for a couple or a family.

Fabulous view, local buses and trains to all places we wanted to go, great restaurant/bar on end of the pier. M & S food nearby. Great walks to West Worthing and beyond. Apartment spotlessly clean and spacious. Really lovely, thank you!

this was a lovely 2 room bedsit like accommodation . everything you need in one room, full kitchen , sofas, double bed, table n chairs plus bathroom. very clean, quick responding host. Great location. great for visiting Butlins too .Me and my 2 grand kids had a lovely time .Thank you

We’ve stayed along the seafront in Selsey over Easter for the last four years in different locations. This was our favourite house to date and the service from Luxury Boltholes was exemplary. The house was absolutely stunning, homely and incredibly well appointed. Some really nice touches and the attention to detail was fantastic. We had a fantastic stay during May half term with the kids - the house is stunning, even better than the photos and the view is spectacular. The house has a very high -end finish to it and had everything you could wish for in terms of amenities. We look forward to visiting again sometime soon

We had a fantastic stay at Tess and Ed’s place. If anything, the pictures don’t do it justice; it’s super cosy but comfortable, in a great location a stone’s throw from the beach, and loads of little personal touches such as a hand-written welcome card and a bottle of bubbly waiting for us on arrival (as well as the advertised breakfast food, coffee, etc.). Fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook yourself. Good shower with shampoo etc provided. Couldn’t recommend staying here enough.

Lovely stay for the Christmas holiday. Visiting family but this place was a great spot to relax after a busy day. The beach theme fits the area perfectly. Lynn was very helpful answering questions regarding our daughters needs. Good place to stay for a small family, enough beds!

The first thing that hits you when you open the door is the stunning view! We couldn’t get enough of it. Brilliantly located accommodation and there was so much for our eleven year old daughter to do without leaving the property. Games room really helped keep her entertained. Dean had thought of everything and we enjoyed the treats that welcomed us when we arrived. Arcade, cafe, ice-creams, Co-op just 5 mins walk up the road. We were a party of 6 with our 3 elderly parents and they love to be by the coast. Or on it in this case. We had some great quality time together and made some special memories.

Great location with the bonus of parking on site. Easy to find & quiet surroundings. A great base for exploring Bognor, easy walking distance to prom & the town.
