It has plenty of character with a fresh minimalistic decor and good quality beds and bedding. It's a five minute walk into the heart of Emsworth where you will find an abundance of restaurants pubs and coffee shops, butchers/fishmonger and greengrocers. There is a coastal footpath on the doorstep, the Southdowns, West Wittering beach, Chichester and Portsmouth a short drive away.

Princy's property was a perfect place to stay for us. It was spacious, modern and beautifully clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We particularly liked the lay out of the bedrooms as it suited our family of 2 grandparents, our daughter and son-law and their 3 boys . We loved the openness of the house, the conservatory and being able to walk straight out onto the beach. Absolutely lovely watching the windsurfers and at night to look out and see the night sky full of stars. We were very fortunate to choose a weekend when we had wall to wall sunshine. Be aware that the house is on a private road that is not tarmacked. We would love to go back sometime as we loved every minute of our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the Jungle Crazy Golf at Chichester Golf Club, which also has escape rooms. Thoroughly recommend this lovely place.

A wonderful cosy terraced house with everything we needed for a few days exploring the seafront of Hayling Island. We booked a very last minute break with Zoe, but nothing was too much trouble, she sent us lots of valuable information and everything was spotlessly clean on arrival. The house is furnished nicely with quality finishes and the beds were very comfortable. It was lovely to wake up in the morning and see the sea from the master bed! The smaller bedroom was perfect for our two young boys and they loved the football table in the end garden room (there are three garden spaces separated by a utility/WC outbuilding & then a games room) and playing with the lego that was available at the house. It was easy to walk to the local Olive tree pub, Nisa shop, Ice cream parlour, fish & chips etc and of course the pebble beach is directly opposite the house (there are some patches of sand at low tide). Everything we needed for a few days away!

We loved our stay at the cabin. The views across the creek were amazing and changed throughout the day. The outside space was perfect for us and our dog (very secure for him). Also the access to walk along the creek was great too. The cabin had everything we needed including a comfy bed. Everything was really clean and labelled so we knew where to find everything easily. There was a lovely welcome pack with fresh milk, eggs, bread, a couple of beers & Prosecco which again we very much appreciated. We had a thoroughly wonderfully, peaceful time at the cabin and will definitely visit again in the future. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Such a beautiful & stylish seaside bolthole - with the sea at the end of the garden - we had a peaceful, revitalising early spring weekend. Designated an area of outstanding natural beauty, the immediate stretch of beach was enviably tranquil. Inside, all tastefully high spec but we still felt so at home. Three double bedrooms with sea views, en suites & each with their own outside space - plus a huge lawn, sundeck with sail shades/BBQ/firepit, a sunny balcony to watch boats flitting past, and a large second terrace to chase the sun, this stunning upside-down gem was perfect for 3 couples. Plenty of space, all you could need to cook/entertain, plus a gorgeous kiddie snug with games, separate tv & snoozy sofa. Kitchen very well equipped - cooking whilst watching the sun rise and set was a highlight. The service was seamless, professional & helpful. If you want total switch-off, peace and quiet, this little enclave is the perfect escape & just over an hour down the A3 from London.

Really well equipped houseboat, Anthony and Diane have absolutely everything needed for a very comfortable stay. We had a bit of a tricky time finding the place at first but that was due to road closures which Anthony and Diane had informed us about. The area is so lovely and the sunsets from the deck were just incredible. We visited with our two dogs and there are so many different walks to do. We went for lunch at The Dressed Crab which is just up the road, which I would highly recommend booking while you are there.
