We feel at home and we were nicely surprised with the careful decoration in every corner as well as how warmth is the environment, everything works well and it’s prepared to live at you do in your own place.

The house was perfect for our weekend break in Southsea. The house had plenty of living space, was clean and a short taxi from central Southsea and Portsmouth. Tilly was a responsive and helpful host.

Excellent location and really lovely house which had everything we needed. We were visiting family and come to Chichester often. We will definitely book again!

Had a lovely few days in Selsey House had everything we needed for 3 adults and 2 kids - very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is well kitted out too. Other pluses for us were the nearby playground and we loved the fish & chips shop and the fishmongers over the road. Lovely walks along the promenade and popped to West Wittering for a sandy beach day.

No complaints from staff staying in location, was lovely when I popped in, only issue was a shower head missing but Joe rectified this quickly. The guide book on the house left was really useful, was a bit stuck with the boiler not being on long enough but book explained how to turn it on etc so was really useful. Location was good and space was very large, especially for Chichester. Would definitely recommend.

This house is lovely and was perfect for a short stay for us 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and homely. An easy walk into the centre of town made for a very pleasant evening stroll along the canal.

We spent 3 days at this lovely home and will certainly be going back. The house is lovely, especially the kitchen area which looks out into the garden. The kids played in the garden for hours on the climbing frame, tyres and swings and then moved on to the toy room, which they loved! The garden was a huge hit with them! The rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean and the beds are really comfortable! The house is spacious and it was nice to have some space when travelling with a large party. Lee and Stu provided loads of information about the areas and of the various activities to do. We chose to visit Wildheart Animal Sanctuary and the Robin Hill country park - both of these are great if you are travelling with kids. Be prepared to spend an entire day at Robin Hill - it is huge with loads to do! We visited the beach each day and it was perfect when the tide was out for the kids to splash in. Perfect for those with dogs too. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful apartment and excellent hosts. They were able to accommodate our last minute booking and the apartment is so lovely with everything we needed - and more. The hosts have gone the extra mile and have great attention to detail. The wine and milk in the fridge was a lovely gesture. Bathrobes and lovely soft towels. The beds were very comfortable. Excellent location for Petworth Park and South Downs walks. Hopefully we'll be back again soon!

brilliant stay at "Petes pad". we love the IOW and come every easter for the last 16 years. best stay yet.!! felt so at home, kids loved a room each and all the games and space to play them both inside and outside. Ian was a brilliant host, communities and helpful. what an amazing g week away. and Ian even provided amazing weather.! something whi h in our experience e is a toss up on the IOW at Easter.!! thank you Ian and Family for letting us stay at your place

Fantastic modern lodge, very well equipped with everything you would likely need, spacious and beautifully decorated throughout. Peaceful site, dog friendly (dogs to be kept on leads which is a huge plus) and we would 100% recommend a stay here. We will be back!

Wonderful stay for my family of 5. The caravan is superb, modern and spotlessly clean. Good location to explore what the Isle of Wight has to offer. The hot tub was awesome and my kids absolutely loved it!! Our host Claire was so great, really lovely to deal with, gave us suggestions on places to eat and could t be more helpful. Thanks again Claire!!!

Super stay at Nathan’s caravan. Everything was clean and in working order on arrival and the location of the caravan park was superb. Very close to everything and in a prime spot. Quiet and peaceful at night. Already thinking about our return visit. Thanks for having us!

We had a wonderful stay at Nicolas' place. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our trip. We were two families, and the well-equipped kitchen—especially the air fryer—made meal prep quick and easy, which we really appreciated. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional hospitality. Nicolas was always just a message away and went out of her way to assist us, including helping with our ferry bookings. Thanks to her support, we even managed to get a discounted rate. All in all, it was a fantastic getaway.

This is a quiet haven, the hosts are friendly and welcoming. The beds are comfortable with good quality bedding. The kitchen is well equipped, I easily cooked family meals.

Before arriving I needed to message Edward on a couple of occasions and he came back to me straight away. Edwards lodge is a lovely spacious lodge and was perfect for our weekend away. We had clear instructions on directions to the lodge and how to get in. It was clean and tidy and provided everything we needed. Would definitely recommend it.

We have just enjoyed a wonderful stay at Tori's lovely cabin. Set in an idyllic context, with views of the private woodland (and the complimentary deer!), with beautiful rolling hills in the distance and plenty of friendly animals to interact with if that's your thing. It certainly was exactly what our 1 year old son enjoyed most! Inside the cabin is surprisingly spacious, with all the amenities needed and generous provision of prosecco, snacks, milk and coffee etc. which is always appreciated. We enjoyed exploring walks from the cabin as well as hopping into the car to check out other fantastic local options including the South Downs way. Thanks Tori for hosting so well we will be back!

We had a lovely time during our stay at Beach Breeze. From booking to arrival, Sally-Anne's communication was excellent - including helpful details like making us aware of the local firework display that was happening during our stay, as she knew that we were bringing our dogs. Beach Breeze itself is a lovely chalet - it was immaculate on arrival and is beautifully decorated with lots of lovely little details. It was perfect for our familiy of four (plus two dogs) and was fully equipped with everything that we could have needed during our stay. The location is excellent - just a short walk to the beach and within easy access of all the local amenities and attractions. Sally-Anne was in contact throughout the stay to make sure that we had no issues and even offered a later checkout at no additional charge, which was really helpful All in all we were delighted with our decision to book a stay Beach Breeze and are looking forward to booking again in the future!

The perfect spot for our family get together to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Spacious, thoughtfully appointed rooms, each with an en-suite. Lots of cosy spaces to gather. Amazingly stocked kitchen. We had a fantastic time

We loved staying at this house. We last stayed in September 2021. This time we took three young children (ages 3-5) and it was the perfect location for them. So near the beach and the house has plenty of space. It’s well equipped with games. The beds are comfortable with nice linen and fluffy towels. We have been coming to this area for many years and it holds very fond memories for us. The scenery around the coastline is stunning. We hope to be back again. . If we can fit in.

Peaceful location, annexe equipped with all necessary amenities, great place to stay and lovely location . Slept well , owners very friendly and responsive.

Second time of staying here and would recommend. Two good pubs within 10 mins walk and easy to explore the area

This is a nice small house in a quiet close. Bracklesham Bay doesn't have much to offer out of season, but there is a well-stocked Co-op and convenience shop and some eating places are nearby. The pebble beach is a 5-10 mins walk and provides loads of space and nice walks.

Super quiet location near to Midhurst & Chichester. Accommodation well presented, a real bonus to have two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. Antonia and Charlie were the perfect hosts.
