Great communication, house was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Nice little cottage in a quiet neighborhood. Friendly and helpful neighbors. Unfortunately, there is no parking space on the property and there is not always one on the street near the house. If we visit Paris, we will be happy to rent the cottage again.

Overall it was very nice, he was very responsive and made check in very smooth and easy, which after 3 flights and 10 hrs of flying was very nice. He even let us check in early and had available wine for us to enjoy. 10/10 would definitely come again. 😁

The best AirBnb ever! More beautiful than in the pictures, great service (since U.S. car was so big, a parking space was kept free for us on the street), top modern, messages were immediately responded to and supported, charcoal was even provided for the grill! 5 min to the metro M11, 3 min to the Böcker or Auchan supermarket. If we go to Paris again with eight, then only in this house. Thanks for a great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at Dale and Gilles apartment. Dale responded very quickly to our enquiries and was very proactive in recommending local restaurants and other attractions prior to our arrival. There’s two good bakeries close by and the Metro only minutes away. Roughly 30 minutes to Monmarte and 45 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was as described with literally everything you need, including a table top ironing board, the apartment itself was spotless. I can’t recommend this apartment enough, thank you Dale and Gilles for making us so welcome.

Nice and comfortable. There is a problem with parking. It may not be available in front of the house if you arrive late and you have a private car. This is the only observation.

We spent a few nights in Alamanda's place, it was perfect for being quiet before going to Paris and the Stade de France. Thank you Alamanda for the special touches and your responsiveness! Looking forward to coming back for another stay in the area.

Adrien was a fantastic host throughout our stay in Paris! Incredibly responsive, very friendly, helpful, and even suggested things to do, places to eat, etc. The apartment was very comfortable and is exactly as pictured. Great amenities including a stove top, oven, and washing machine. Quick 5-10 minute walk to the nearest train station that will take you right into the city. I would highly recommend Adrien’s place!

Exactly what we wanted

Had a great stay at Caroline's. Caroline was very friendly and helpful. LeClerc hypermarket is a leisurely 15 minute walk. There's a boulangerie and a patisserie nearby There is a street 2 minutes away that is filled with cafes, restaurants, shops, green grocers, butchers, and a Carrefour. This street also becomes a Morning market on Sundays. The bus stop (Chanzy) is also just a two minute walk away. It's not a difficult commute to Paris downtown coming from Caroline's place. The kitchen is very adequate and is stocked with condiments like spices, balsamic vinegar, salt, and cooking oil. I was able to prepare a few dinners in that kitchen

The apartment is new and comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook and rest. We choose to stay there because the location on RER B line that also connects to the airport. The station is about 15-20mins walk which is not a lot but adds to your journey. There isn’t much to do in the area so you will probably have to commute to the city. It didn’t bother us but it can be noisy in the evening if you open the window because the balcony faces the train tracks. Overall, we were happy, it’s a good value and close to Paris. The hosts are very responsive and helpful.

i had a great time during my stay. Joe and Laurence went above and beyond. They are kind and welcoming, and would gladly spend time with them. The area is quiet and relaxing. I'd definitely pick their home to stay anytime!

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

There's not much to say here. Both the apartment and François were simply great. I have rarely met a landlord like him who responded so quickly to questions, generally prepared everything so perfectly and proactively asked if everything was okay. We were completely satisfied.

Ideal for couple. The flat was very clean and nice. 10 min walk to Train station, supermarkets are close by. i highly recommend this place. Overall very good experience. Thank you Julien

Beautiful private apartment. Cozy. 8 minutes walk to metro station. Stephane was very responsive. He made sure I was okay. Definitely coming back.

Very good stay, station about 8 mins walk, easy to get around. Nice neighbourhood and felt safe coming back and forth. Place is exactly like pictures. Will stay here again.

Rose and Raphael were kind enough to accept our booking VERY last minute and their place turned out to be no less inviting! I'd say it's even better than the pictures convey, with a killer view of the Eiffel Tower and Basilique de Sacre Cœur too. Super easy to get to as well, very close to the La Plaine Stade de France station. They were very lovely hosts and super responsive too. Would highly recommend!
