Vacation rentals with a sauna in Seine-Saint-Denis

Nice cozy home, close to everything, amazing food at walking distance. Very safe for our teens. Its Recommend especially it’s very close to the metro and bus to go around such amazing city.

It’s small, but has everything! I want to come back here!

We really enjoyed our stay here. it's a funky little place that looks just like the photos. The hammam was a unique feature that we did use after long days of walking throughout Paris. The furnishings and decor really maximized the use of the small apartment and gave the impression of a much larger space. Very comfortable spot!

We had a great stay in Marie’s apartment! The flat is very well located to walk to the Louvre, the banks of the Seine, Le Marais and Monmatre. There are also many excellent restaurants in the neighbourhood, as well as a fanastic bakery a couple of doors away. The apartment itself is very spacious and the air conditioning was much appreciated and worked well. Despite being on a busy road, it was peaceful and quiet. Highly recommended!

This apartment was truly special—an unforgettable Parisian experience! We felt so lucky to spend a few days here and live like true Parisiens. The decor was chic and comfortable, filled with fantastic art, an impressive movie collection, and a well-stocked library. There was endless storage and plenty of space for our group of six adults to relax and unwind. The private hot tub, sauna, and hammam were absolute luxuries after long days of exploring the city. The location was unbeatable—restaurants, shopping, and train stations were just outside the door, and I loved starting each day with a visit to Black Bird coffee. Lucie and Sébastien were fabulous communicators. The apartment even had QR codes to help us navigate the features like the skylights and hammam, which was such a thoughtful touch. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the entire space was beautifully maintained. Everything was perfect. We can’t wait to return!

The place is beautiful! A little small but since I was just by myself it was perfectly sized. The unit was a bit difficult to find as it is inside of an alley, but very close to all the major attractions. The walls were a bit thin for me, I could hear people talking outside but other than that the place was great. Since it is in an alley, you don’t hear cars or any other city noises so that was good. Everything was extremely clean and organized. They had everything you could need. Even umbrellas! The sauna was phenomenal. I was very sick when I arrived at the Airbnb so the sauna definitely made a difference. Overall this is great place and a great stay.

Sora was a fantastic host. Our apartment has wonderful views and is a very comfortable place for a weeklong stay. When we first walked in, (coming from the US) it felt a little small. But we quickly realized that everything was organized so well that it was very comfortable for our visit. She has everything that you might need – a very functional washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc. Very nice little espresso machine, and even an orange juicer. The views of the Eiffel Tower are as spectacular as the photos suggest. Everything was very clean and modern. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for both breakfast and dinner on multiple days. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment with a very gorgeous and calming vibe. The double rainshower is a nice add on.

For the price, the private spa side is very good. The only downside, but consistent with the price, is that there is no terrace or any outdoor place, to breathe a different air than that of the interior, which can be taken by the heat and humidity of the spa. And the outside immediately overlooks the street with passage. That said, there is the ceiling fan that helps to dehumidify, the steam room that also has a cold and hot shower (great shower by the way). Many things are well thought out (speaker behind the head when watching a movie in the hot tub with bubble noise, for example, screen visible from both sides). The tub is very good. The steam room works great too. The bed is comfortable. The welcome is great, with enough to cool off (even if you pay). The studio is not very large, but well optimized for 2 people.

It was a great stay! The whole family was super nice and it was fun to talk to them about differences between our countries and world events! The 19th is an area you may not go to unless staying here, but it is definitely worth checking out. The canal is close by and beautiful, as is La Villette with the symphony and science center. Cool area and nice hosts!

I spent three weeks in Laurence's apartment for professional reasons. It is very quiet, well decorated, pleasant, functional and very well-equipped. Located close to the banks of the Marne and Old Saint-Maur, it enjoys a beautiful environment. It also allows easy and quick access to central Paris. Laurence was a very responsive and thoughtful host.

Charles was a great host, very accommodating and super helpful. His place was fantastic and a really unique stay in Paris. Will definitely stay there again.

You can be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I highly recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

We have loved our stay the house was secure in a very peaceful location. Lovely and clean and very relaxing. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting to relax after a busy day in Paris or at Disney. Top accommodation for families with small children. Enough supermarkets in the area to quickly do some shopping, in addition Disneyland Paris was 10min away and easily accessible. The host responded quickly to various questions and was very friendly. Definitely recommended for families!

We had an amazing stay at Iteb's! After welcoming us like princes, Iteb took the time to show us the accommodation and explain how each piece of equipment in the pool area works. The pool area is just great! 14m long pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, fitness area with giant screen and state-of-the-art massage chair! Simply awesome! Iteb knows and loves to host, he is generous, very friendly and has no shortage of conversation topics! We also had the chance to access his incredible fully-equipped cinema for a private screening that we won't forget! An unforgettable stay! We'll be happy to go back! Thank you for everything Iteb ;)
