Vacation rentals with a sauna in Seine-Saint-Denis

The location was perfect. It was our favorite area in the city with a wonderful neighborhood feel. It was easy to access the rest of the city from this location. We would stay here again when we come back to Paris.

This apartment is possibly the loveliest of the 30+ Airbnb’s we have stayed in. The look and feel of the place is bold and elegant, with design furniture and art on the walls. It looks at least as good as in the photos. We especially enjoyed the top-quality sauna and the beautiful terrace under the Parisian sky. The area is quite charming and peaceful, while offering easy access to the metro and many restaurants. A good Carrefour grocery shop is two blocks away. Also the building courtyard is idyllic, with flowers and plants as well as neighbors’ cats roaming about.

Appartement propre avec les équipements de base fournis (draps, serviettes...). Lisa est très réactive. Le logement est bien situé avec des commerces à proximité.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la suite L’Onyx. L’appartement est propre, bien décoré et très confortable. La balnéo est un vrai plus pour se détendre. Tout était conforme aux photos et à la description. L’hôte a été réactif et très professionnel. Je recommande sans hésitation et reviendrai avec plaisir !

Super kind and very responsive host. There were some unexpected issues with an appliance and it was replaced the next day. He even took care of our laundry while we waited for the replacement. His wife provided excellent food and activities recommendations and both were super kind. It was all a very nice touch to a special trip to Paris for me, my son and a group of his closest friends.

Fully recommend 👌, we have a great time, and everything was spotless. Thank you for everything.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Darlène, nous avons agréablement était surpris par la taille du lieu, qui partait plus petit sur les photos, une belle surprise. Tout les équipements fonctionnaient parfaitement. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés

My family and I had a great stay in St. Denis. The apartment was large with 4 decently sized bedrooms. The host's instructions were impeccable and we were able to access the apartment without issues. The neighborhood was great for my family with multiple playgrounds, close supermarkets, and green spaces. Once you get to the Metro, central Paris is a quick 15 minute ride. Downsides: - The apartment was a little further from the Metro and RER than I would have liked (~15-20 minutes walk rather than 10-15) - The floors were dirty when we arrived and we had to mop ourselves. Everything else: kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were clean. - The bathroom setup is weird. Two of the bathrooms are shower + sink, one bathroom is toilet+sink, one bathroom is just a toilet. The person using the last bathroom needs to go into another to wash their hands. Overall, the visit was pleasant and complaints are minor.

Sora was a fantastic host. Our apartment has wonderful views and is a very comfortable place for a weeklong stay. When we first walked in, (coming from the US) it felt a little small. But we quickly realized that everything was organized so well that it was very comfortable for our visit. She has everything that you might need – a very functional washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc. Very nice little espresso machine, and even an orange juicer. The views of the Eiffel Tower are as spectacular as the photos suggest. Everything was very clean and modern. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for both breakfast and dinner on multiple days. We would definitely stay here again.

So, so good! Ana was extremely responsive and kind. Was a bit lost coming into the country but her instructions were my saving grace. Can’t wait to stay another time. The ambiance, visit, decoration. Incredible

Pour le prix, le côté spa privé est très correct. Le seul bémol, mais cohérent par rapport au prix, c'est qu'il n'y a pas de terrasse ou quelconque lieu extérieur, pour respirer un autre air que celui de l'intérieur, qui peut être pris par la chaleur et l'humidité du spa. Et l'extérieur donne tout de suite sur la rue avec passage. Ceci dit, il y a le ventilateur au plafond qui aide à désembuer, le hammam qui fait aussi douche froide et chaude (géniale la douche d'ailleurs). Beaucoup de choses sont bien pensées (enceinte derrière la tête quand on regarde un film dans le jacuzzi avec bruit des bulles, par exemple, écran visible des 2 côtés). Le jacuzzi est très bien. Le hammam fonctionne très bien aussi. Le lit est confortable. L'accueil est super, avec de quoi se rafraîchir (même si payant). Le studio n'est pas très grand, mais bien optimisé pour 2 personnes.

Une hôte très agréable, bon rapport qualité prix, mon déplacement à Boulogne c'est bien passé.

It was a great stay! The whole family was super nice and it was fun to talk to them about differences between our countries and world events! The 19th is an area you may not go to unless staying here, but it is definitely worth checking out. The canal is close by and beautiful, as is La Villette with the symphony and science center. Cool area and nice hosts!

J'ai passé trois semaines dans l'appartement de Laurence pour des raisons professionnelles. Il est très calme, bien décoré, agréable, fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Située à proximité des bords de Marne et du vieux Saint-Maur, il bénéficie d'un bel environnement. Il permet aussi de se rendre facilement et rapidement au centre de Paris. Laurence a été une hôte très reactive et attentionnée.

Charles was a great host, very accommodating and super helpful. His place was fantastic and a really unique stay in Paris. Will definitely stay there again.

Man kan bli avskräckt av priset, men bli inte det. Jämfört med ett lyxhotell så är det här mycket bättre. Exceptionellt på alla vis! Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta för en romantiskt och avslappnande vistelse.

We have loved our stay the house was secure in a very peaceful location. Lovely and clean and very relaxing. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting to relax after a busy day in Paris or at Disney. Patrica was soo lovely and kind and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect and flexible with check in and out to accommodate our needs couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you everything

Top verblij voor families met kleine kinderen. Genoeg supermarkten in de omgeving om snel even boodschappen te doen, daarnaast was Disneyland Parijs op 10min afstand en makkelijk bereikbaar. De host reageerde snel op diverse vragen en was erg vriendelijk. Zeker een aanrader voor families!

Merci à Iteb pour son accueil. Le logement est spacieux, propre, confortable et ultra connecté. L'emplacement piscine et SPA est tout simplement genial, avec écran et projecteur pour regarder un film les pieds dans l'eau. Et le tout 100% privatif. Bref ce logement est une perle rare, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir 😁
