120 m2 apartment in brutalist style on the 7th and top floor of a modern building, like a house, it has a 150 m2 terrace overlooking the rooftops of Paris. Located at the Volontaires Paris 15th metro station, 4 metro stations from Le Bon Marché and 5 from the Eiffel Tower, our apartment is a haven of peace nestled in a quiet street close to all shops. You will access the apartment directly by the elevator, which will take you to the top floor of the building.

Great for the 2024 Olympics. Ideally located close to the lake, casino and SPA Barrière, shops, market 3 times a week and restaurants. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. I'm available to welcome you before and during your stay.
