Ygal’s space was great for our 4 day stay with my family. The view was spectacular, the garden overview and the Eiffel Tower as well. The space invited lots of sunlight with large windows, furniture matched the whole vibe of the place so well, and the elevator was a huge plus. The beds were comfortable, showers were clean and spacious, and the living room was very spacious and home-y. It’s very close to lots of main attractions, great to take walks as the neighborhood is safe, and restaurants and Boulanger everywhere as well. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Staying at Martine’s apartment near the Arc de Triomphe was an absolute dream! The location couldn’t have been better—tucked in a charming, vibrant neighborhood that was both central and convenient. With easy access to major sights, fantastic cafés, and excellent public transport, it made exploring Paris effortless and enjoyable. Martine herself was a wonderful host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, offering great local recommendations and making us feel right at home. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. One of the absolute highlights was the stunning view from the balcony. Sipping coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening while overlooking the Parisian rooftops was pure magic. It made the experience feel even more special and truly unforgettable. I can’t recommend this place enough and cannot wait to return!

It's definitely one of the best places I've ever stayed at. I want to highlight a plus, and that is the kindness of Philippe and MR who, from the moment you arrive, make you feel at home, provide you with all the necessary information and answer your questions. The location is unbeatable, it is a quiet place, small but has all the amenities. It was clean and well-equipped. I would definitely go back to this place.

The hosts were always available via chat from the time they booked and responded within a very short time. The beds were freshly made and towels were ready. The place has very solid amenities. Coffee maker and dishwasher are present. Feel free to come back anytime!

We had a great stay at Emilie & Nicolas house. They gave easy instructions for getting into the property and tips about local amenities prior to staying. The home is in a lovely area with bakeries & shops and a train station nearby which got you quickly into the centre of Paris. Having the secure parking space is also a great addition. The home felt welcoming and having 3 single beds in one room for our 3 children was great. We would definitely recommend and stay again

I and my family had a memorable stay. From the beginning of the reservation made. We had a contact from Tarik about our arrival. He provided flexibility check in time, the day of we arrived. He waited us at the street to extend the warm welcome. The impressive things are about the welcome fruit, bread, milk and juice for next day morning due to we arrived on Sunday late. The house is exactly the same as picture display. Sufficient and spacious bedrooms, as well as the impeccable game room for child. Basically the house has everything you need. Forgot to mention the location where is very closed to metro in both stations with 5-7mins walk. Surrounding area is quite and safe. On th departure day, we scheduled a time to meet and run smoothly. Overall the price we paid that it is worth and recommend for any family too.

A really beatiful house, very large, perfect for 10 people or more. we were 3 families and there was enough space for everyone. All the home appliances are top level, and the beatiful living room is the heart of the house. unfortunately, because of the weather, we haven't used the garden but it is a great plus in summer time. Near train station (10') and many supermarkets. Absolutely raccomanded

Great house for lots of people! There was six of us, it’s in a quiet neighbourhood, 10 min walk to shops and station then 25 mins into central Paris! Downside was the spiral staircase which was tight to get up and down with luggage. You need to be fairly agile to get up n down as pretty steep! Otherwise all good, living room n kitchen fantastic and bedrooms big and spacious!

The apartment was great, beautiful views of the Eiffel tower and the surrounding areas. Located between Colonial Fabien and Belleville metro stations, a short walk to both. All amenities were as listed, the mechanical shutters on the windows came in use to keep the apartment from gettin too warm and also doubled up as great black curtains. The apartment building itself is very secure. definitely worth booking a stay here!

Great location and our host was flexible with check-in and was very responsive and made us aware of current events and alternate routes to take given that the marathon was occurring on our departure day. We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment! The location was great - easily accessible to all the central spots in Paris, while also feeling safe and very convenient. Shops and restaurants were right outside our door, with a playground and a metro station less than a three-minute walk away. The apartment itself was cozy, spotless, and what we needed, featuring a great shower and a spacious garden. Sophie and Daan, our hosts, were very helpful and made us feel welcome and well-supported throughout our stay. Our experience was wonderful, and we left feeling happy and completely satisfied. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay! Great views, super quiet and close to several metro lines. There is a grocery store and bakery around the corner and a few restaurants across the street. It was very easy to walk or metro to any place we wanted to go within Paris. We felt right at home and the apartment had everything we could need while staying there. Hosts were very responsive and flexible with our check in. They set up a pack and play for the baby and one of the pull out couches, even with the couch turned into a bed, we still had plenty of space to sit in the living room. Would definitely stay here again!

Sora was an excellent host! Very responsive and assisted with anything that was needed. The location is great with lost of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is even a supermarket next door which was perfect for an air bnb stay. The view if the Eiffel Tower was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood also felt safe.

We had a warm welcome by Emmanuel who explained us very well all we needed to know. Our host was very friendly and flexible. The appartment was ideally located close to the metro that quickly brings you to the centre of Paris. Bakeries and shops are just around the corner at walking distance. Inside the cosy appartment everything was available for a fantastic stay. Whether you are a family of 5 (such as ours) or a couple I would highly recommend staying here. I like Charlotte's apartment very much. It is spacious, very comfortable, and fully equipped with appliances, which makes people feel at home. Charlotte is also a kind and warm landlord. We arrived Paris in the morning, and I asked for an early check-in, she gladly agreed, which helped us a lot after flying for nearly a day. There are metro in a few minutes' walk. It's very convenient to go anywhere. This is a great place for me. I will definitely come back.
