Ygal’s space was great for our 4 day stay with my family. The view was spectacular, the garden overview and the Eiffel Tower as well. The space invited lots of sunlight with large windows, furniture matched the whole vibe of the place so well, and the elevator was a huge plus. The beds were comfortable, showers were clean and spacious, and the living room was very spacious and home-y. It’s very close to lots of main attractions, great to take walks as the neighborhood is safe, and restaurants and Boulanger everywhere as well. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Staying at Martine’s apartment near the Arc de Triomphe was an absolute dream! The location couldn’t have been better—tucked in a charming, vibrant neighborhood that was both central and convenient. With easy access to major sights, fantastic cafés, and excellent public transport, it made exploring Paris effortless and enjoyable. Martine herself was a wonderful host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, offering great local recommendations and making us feel right at home. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. One of the absolute highlights was the stunning view from the balcony. Sipping coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening while overlooking the Parisian rooftops was pure magic. It made the experience feel even more special and truly unforgettable. I can’t recommend this place enough and cannot wait to return!

Outre d'être sécurisé, spacieux, lumineux et tranquille, il a la particularité d'être mis à notre disposition par un hôte prévenant, rempli de bienveillance et de délicatesse qui n'hésite pas, lorsque cela est possible, de moduler les horaires d'entrée et de sortie indiqués pour mieux répondre aux besoins du locataire. Ceci est suffisamment rare, voire exceptionnel, pour être souligné ! Ce logement est de loin, un des meilleurs que j'ai pu expérimenter ! Je le recommande plus que vivement. Marie

Es en definitiva de los mejores lugares en que me he quedado. Quiero destacar un plus y es la amabilidad de Philippe y de MR que desde que llegas te hacen sentir en casa, te proporcionan toda la información necesaria y te resuelven tus dudas. La ubicación es inmejorable, es un lugar tranquilo, pequeño pero tiene todas las comodidades. Se encontraba bien aseado y bien equipado. Sin duda alguna volvería a este lugar.

Die Gastgeber waren ab der Buchung jederzeit per Chat erreichbar und haben innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Die Betten waren frisch bezogen und Handtücher lagen bereit. Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr solide Ausstattung. Kaffemaschine und Geschirrspüler sind vorhanden. Gerne jederzeit wieder!

We had a great stay at Emilie & Nicolas house. They gave easy instructions for getting into the property and tips about local amenities prior to staying. The home is in a lovely area with bakeries & shops and a train station nearby which got you quickly into the centre of Paris. Having the secure parking space is also a great addition. The home felt welcoming and having 3 single beds in one room for our 3 children was great. We would definitely recommend and stay again

I and my family had a memorable stay. From the beginning of the reservation made. We had a contact from Tarik about our arrival. He provided flexibility check in time, the day of we arrived. He waited us at the street to extend the warm welcome. The impressive things are about the welcome fruit, bread, milk and juice for next day morning due to we arrived on Sunday late. The house is exactly the same as picture display. Sufficient and spacious bedrooms, as well as the impeccable game room for child. Basically the house has everything you need. Forgot to mention the location where is very closed to metro in both stations with 5-7mins walk. Surrounding area is quite and safe. On th departure day, we scheduled a time to meet and run smoothly. Overall the price we paid that it is worth and recommend for any family too.

A really beatiful house, very large, perfect for 10 people or more. we were 3 families and there was enough space for everyone. All the home appliances are top level, and the beatiful living room is the heart of the house. unfortunately, because of the weather, we haven't used the garden but it is a great plus in summer time. Near train station (10') and many supermarkets. Absolutely raccomanded

Great house for lots of people! There was six of us, it’s in a quiet neighbourhood, 10 min walk to shops and station then 25 mins into central Paris! Downside was the spiral staircase which was tight to get up and down with luggage. You need to be fairly agile to get up n down as pretty steep! Otherwise all good, living room n kitchen fantastic and bedrooms big and spacious!

Corine est une hôte extrêmement gentille. Son logement est un petit coin de Paris aux portes de Paris. J'y ai séjourné durant 1 mois et demi et j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

The apartment was great, beautiful views of the Eiffel tower and the surrounding areas. Located between Colonial Fabien and Belleville metro stations, a short walk to both. All amenities were as listed, the mechanical shutters on the windows came in use to keep the apartment from gettin too warm and also doubled up as great black curtains. The apartment building itself is very secure. definitely worth booking a stay here!

Charming, well-appointed, and clean, it has an outstanding location and view on the edge of three popular arrondissements in the heart of Paris. Despite the incredible photos and description, it was even better than we imagined. The host met us and showed us how to navigate the two exterior entries and the door to our place. It is a historic French Hotel with a beautiful foyer and with a nighttime doorman we felt very safe. The apartment itself was equipped with everything we needed and more. The queen-sized bed was very comfortable, with a picturesque view outside. The balcony was quaint, with a bistro table and two chairs. We spent mornings and evenings eating, drinking, and enjoying the balcony with incredible views of the Eiffel Tower. We ventured into the city daily enjoying all the bistros and shopping near and far. The metro was steps away. The host was kind and thoughtful and baked treats for my husband’s birthday and our departure. We can't wait to return! Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment! The location was great - easily accessible to all the central spots in Paris, while also feeling safe and very convenient. Shops and restaurants were right outside our door, with a playground and a metro station less than a three-minute walk away. The apartment itself was cozy, spotless, and what we needed, featuring a great shower and a spacious garden. Sophie and Daan, our hosts, were very helpful and made us feel welcome and well-supported throughout our stay. Our experience was wonderful, and we left feeling happy and completely satisfied. Highly recommend!

First off, the view of the Eiffel Tower in the pictures is not over-rated. Viewing the tower from the balcony at the end of each day was a highlight of our trip. The apartment was as described. There was ample space for our family of 3. The living room and open dining / kitchen space provided a comfortable space to wind down in the evening after touring. A quality barista machine provided a good start to the day. The best part was how responsive and flexible Gregory was with us. I made an error on dates when booking (totally my fault) and Gregory worked with me to quickly resolve it. Any other time we reached out to Gregory, he was very prompt in responding. He was also proactive in telling us useful information about the unit and neighborhood.

Sora was an excellent host! Very responsive and assisted with anything that was needed. The location is great with lost of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is even a supermarket next door which was perfect for an air bnb stay. The view if the Eiffel Tower was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood also felt safe.

We had a warm welcome by Emmanuel who explained us very well all we needed to know. Our host was very friendly and flexible. The appartment was ideally located close to the metro that quickly brings you to the centre of Paris. Bakeries and shops are just around the corner at walking distance. Inside the cosy appartment everything was available for a fantastic stay. Whether you are a family of 5 (such as ours) or a couple I would highly recommend staying here. We very much appreciated the flexibility and responsiveness of our hosts. A big thank you to Nathalie and Emmanuel!

I like Charlotte's apartment very much. It is spacious, very comfortable, and fully equipped with appliances, which makes people feel at home. Charlotte is also a kind and warm landlord. We arrived Paris in the morning, and I asked for an early check-in, she gladly agreed, which helped us a lot after flying for nearly a day. There are metro in a few minutes' walk. It's very convenient to go anywhere. This is a great place for me. I will definitely come back.
