Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Seine-Saint-Denis

We had a great time at Nicole’s place, for us as two families it was a great location, walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the river and parks. House was homely and welcoming and the pool was fantastic, would highly recommend.

We had a great time at Gilles' place. A house where you can feel at home, extremely well equipped and matching exactly what we were looking for. The garden is beautiful and the option to park the car inside is a real plus. Thanks to Gilles for his special touches. Note, the heating was on when we arrived and perfectly adjusted so that we were as comfortable as possible. In short, our little Christmas paradise!! We will definitely come back because the location allows us to be close to our family while being so well accommodated.

The apartment has everything and is suitable for a long stay. The beds were comfy and the living rooms were well equipped with everything. The kitchen is also well equipped. Thank you Anne-Katerine for having us and thank you for your kindness.

It is nice for visitors with cars

We absolutely loved our stay at Gwen and Christophe’s place. Such a gorgeous house with a true home from home feel. Gorgeously decorated and has everything you need. The new metro 200m away is extremely convenient and so we easily got into and around the city. We made use of the garden, the cinema room and fully immersed into the Parisian living. Gwen was super responsive and communicative since booking the accommodation and nothing was too much trouble. A huge thank you to Gwen and family for sharing your beautiful home with us. It made my family feel so welcome and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location! Nice and quiet, in ~900m at the train station after 20 min train ride in the middle of Paris! Had a great weekend, super cozy!

Location is great, close Goncourt metro. Flat is clean and has everything you need

This was my second stay at this lovely apartment in Montreuil, and it was as enjoyable as the first. The location is fantastic—perfectly situated for easy trips into Paris, yet tucked away in a peaceful, green space. The flat is charming and comfortable, with all the amenities you need to feel right at home. But what truly makes this place special is the hosts. They are incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail is taken care of. I’m already looking forward to my next stay. If you’re searching for a cozy, quiet retreat with great access to Paris, this is the place.

Apartment located in a central and well-served area. In the apartment there is everything you need. The terrace is beautiful and the living room comfortable. We had several aperitifs and also had dinner on the terrace from which you can enjoy a view of the Parisian rooftops and the park below. I recommend the apartment. Souheil is always available and clear.

Three-week stay during the 2024 Olympics. It went very well during my stay. Riad is a very nice, responsive and accommodating host. The apartment is pleasant, functional and nicely decorated. I really enjoyed the many plants in the main room and kitchen. The bedroom and bedding are of very good quality. The neighborhood is pretty well-traveled and is very easily accessible, close to lines 13 and 14. As in most Parisian apartments, thermal insulation is average. It didn't bother me because we can easily ventilate, in the morning and in the evening, and even at night because the neighborhood is perfectly quiet. I loved the few weeks spent in the Paris area in this apartment, I recommend it and will come back if the opportunity arises again.

A lovely home in a terrific neighbourhood away from major tourist destinations, but very close to transit. Fantastic restaurants full of locals and a street market very close by. This was appropriate for 4 occupants - I would recommend it.
