Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Seine-Saint-Denis

We had a great time at Nicole’s place, for us as two families it was a great location, walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the river and parks. House was homely and welcoming and the pool was fantastic, would highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Gilles. Une maison où on se sent comme chez soi, extrêmement bien équipée et correspondant exactement à ce que nous recherchions. Le jardin est magnifique et la possibilité de garer la voiture à l’intérieur est un vrai plus. Merci à Gilles pour ses petites attentions. À noter, le chauffage allumé à notre arrivée et parfaitement réglé pour que nous soyons au mieux. En résumé, notre petit paradis de Noël !! Nous reviendrons avec certitude car la localisation nous permet d’être au près de notre famille tout en étant si bien logés.

The apartment has everything and is suitable for a long stay. The beds were comfy and the living rooms were well equipped with everything. The kitchen is also well equipped. Thank you Anne-Katerine for having us and thank you for your kindness.

We absolutely loved our stay at Gwen and Christophe’s place. Such a gorgeous house with a true home from home feel. Gorgeously decorated and has everything you need. The new metro 200m away is extremely convenient and so we easily got into and around the city. We made use of the garden, the cinema room and fully immersed into the Parisian living. Gwen was super responsive and communicative since booking the accommodation and nothing was too much trouble. A huge thank you to Gwen and family for sharing your beautiful home with us. It made my family feel so welcome and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Tolle Lage! Schön ruhig, in ~900m am Bahnhof nach 20min Zug fahrt mitten in Paris! Hatten ein tolles Wochenende, super gemütlich!

Que dire? Nous ne trouverons jamais de meilleures hôtes plus disponibles et adorables qu’Isabel et son mari. Tellement gentils et disponibles et serviables. This was my second stay at this lovely apartment in Montreuil, and it was as enjoyable as the first. The location is fantastic—perfectly situated for easy trips into Paris, yet tucked away in a peaceful, green space. The flat is charming and comfortable, with all the amenities you need to feel right at home. But what truly makes this place special is the hosts. They are incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail is taken care of. I’m already looking forward to my next stay. If you’re searching for a cozy, quiet retreat with great access to Paris, this is the place.

Appartamento situato in una zona centrale e ben servita. Nell appartamento c è tutto il necessario. La terrazza è splendida e il salottino comodo. Abbiamo fatto vari aperitivi e anche cenato sulla terrazza da cui si gode una vista sui tetti parigini e sul parco sottostante. Consiglio l appartamento. Souheil sempre disponibile e chiaro.

Un lieu paisible et agréable, avec un Rooftop pratique pour les soirées d’été. Charles a été très accueillant, je recommande !

Séjour de trois semaines durant les Jeux Olympiques 2024. Tout s'est très bien passé durant mon séjour. Riad est un hôte très sympa, réactif et arrangeant. L'appartement est agréable, fonctionnel et joliment décoré. J'ai beaucoup apprécié les nombreuses plantes présentes dans la pièce principale et dans la cuisine. La chambre et la literie sont de très bonne qualité. Le quartier est plutôt bien fréquenté et est très facilement accessible, à proximité des lignes 13 et 14. Comme dans la plupart des apparts parisiens, l'isolation thermique est moyenne. Cela ne m'a pas dérangé car on peut facilement aérer, le matin et le soir, et même la nuit car le quartier est parfaitement calme. J'ai adoré les quelques semaines passées en région parisienne dans cet appartement, je le recommande et j'y reviendrai si l'occasion se présente à nouveau.

We can strongly recommend this cosy flat. Rémi is a good host and we felt right at home.

A lovely home in a terrific neighbourhood away from major tourist destinations, but very close to transit. Fantastic restaurants full of locals and a street market very close by. This was appropriate for 4 occupants - I would recommend it.
