Beautiful home, house has great features and very modern.

Had a wonderful girl's weekend at the 'Retreat.' The house was very comfortable and the layout was conducive for cooking, eating and hanging out. The beds were comfy too! The backyard is amazing and we wished the weather was more cooperative for outdoor time. Communication with Ann and Mike was extremely easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful 3-day stay at this beautiful home in Ocean Gate, New Jersey. The location couldn’t have been better—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and thoughtfully set up with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There were plenty of activities to enjoy at the house, making it easy to unwind without ever feeling bored. The host truly went above and beyond—not only was communication smooth, but they also provided a fantastic guidebook full of helpful information about the house and the local area, which made getting settled and exploring a breeze. This place felt like a home away from home, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Home was spacious and immaculate. The game room was a huge hit being we had a rainy weekend. The hot tub was larger than we expected and kept very prestigious. Would definitely book here again and recommend to anyone looking for a getaway . If the boardwalk isn’t for you there is plenty to do here from game room, hot tub, fire pit for s’mores, bbq, and a table for a nice family dinner.

We had an amazing stay at Danny and Laura’s! The house was very comfortable, well decorated and well stocked. The heated pool was a major plus- even when the weather was cold, the pool was very warm and relaxing. The house is located on a quiet street so you can get a good night sleep, while still being only 7-10 min walk from the boardwalk. The beach is about 2 min walk. Danny and Laura are very thoughtful and communicative hosts who clearly care a lot about their guests - they were very prompt in responding to any questions we had. We would like to be back soon and would definitely recommend this place to future guests.

Beautiful and comfortable home. Everything you need is included. Plenty of beds to accommodate our group. This was our second time renting this home and will not be our last. Had a minor issue that was rectified immediately. Communication was excellent through rental process. 15 minute Uber to LBI Hotel. I highly recommend this home for your next getaway.

I was so comfortable in Donna's house.. Her bed's you could sleep all night?. Neighborhood extremely quiet. But nice and clean. I would so love to stay here again when I come up to New Jersey. Donna thank you for all you do.

This was our second stay here and we had a lovely time. The space is spotless and all the amenities are as described. We love the outdoor space and the proximity to the boardwalk/beach. It's close enough that it's a quick walk but not so close that it's noisy. Island Beach State Park is a quick drive away. We will stay again in the future!

May I say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had on Airbnb. This home was not only beautiful but was very spacious and well cleaned. My guests and I enjoyed the location since it was right down the street from a local park and perfect oceanside view. Everything was very local including restaurants, grocery stores, the boardwalk etc. I have stayed at many nice places and this home is easily one of the nicest stays I’ve had. I definitely plan to come back soon!

This place is like a piece of heaven on earth! Anything you can think of was included and available for use. The neighbors are great and the owners were a text away if you had any questions. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the boardwalk, but secluded from the hustle and bustle! Thank you for having us!

Could not ask for a better place to stay in seaside. Clean, beautiful, felt like home. Host is fantastic and communicates well. Beach passes and 2 parking passes are also a huge plus. We got engaged this weekend and staying here will be very memorable. Thank you so much Katie!!

The stay was great. The home had everything that was needed. Extra sheets, pillows, blankets and plenty of towels. It was so nice to sit on the porch on sunnier days (stayed in March, i knew it would be chilly). We walked to the boardwalk to catch the sun rise and visited the bay for sunsets. The house was clean and tidy when I arrived. The keurig broke on day 2 but the hosts very quickly brought a new one over. The hosts answered every question very quickly and provided all information needed. Washer and dryer were absolutely an added bonus for a two week stay. Appreciate the flexibility of the hosts and I'm looking forward to booking with them again! I would definitely recommend to friends or family members.

Great location as short walk to boardwalk and beach. house looks exactly like photos, but roof deck better than photos. roof deck is very large and great place to grill, eat and hangout.

A Phenomenal 2 week stay at this lovely home in Seaside Heights that’s conveniently located very close to the beach, lots of great eateries, & a supermarket. We had lots of room for us & our 2 small dogs who loved the spacious yard. Everything was just as described & we felt right at home the first day. Beautifully decorated, very clean, convenient driveway. We loved lounging on the front porch, relaxing with our pups in the yard & watching movies in the comfy living room. Lots of closet space, full-length mirror in cozy bedroom & roomy shower. Kitchen stocked with all necessities. Toms River & Lavallette both minutes away with lots of fun restaurant choices & activities. We also visited great restaurants within walking distance on the Boulevard & went biking around the dog friendly neighborhood. Great beach, boardwalk lit-up at night, cute park around the corner, easy keypad entry. We found a dog-friendly beach inside the state park!! We will definitely be back next year!!!

Nothing can beat these views! Beautiful sunrises from the balcony. A family of swans came by each day and tons of crabs caught! Unfortunately we didn’t have a chance to take out the kayaks but there was a nice park a short walk away on the waterfront. Jessica was very responsive and made the process seamless! 🌟🌟

Your amenities went above and beyond our expectation. Your quick response about activities nearby were on point. We enjoyed a day in Lavallette and a night of dinner, dancing and cocktails at Bum Roger’s. Both very close to your house. The beds are so comfortable. What a great place to stay in Seaside!! We stayed in the off season and it was so lovely to be right by the boardwalk. My kids really enjoyed the house scooters! The house is pristine and spacious with helpful labels so it’s easy to just feel at home. Lots of different areas for people to be and an awesome game room and rooftop deck. We enjoyed it immensely at Thanksgiving, I can’t imagine how great it is to be at this house in the swing of the summer!

My group and I felt right at home and it was extremely cozy :) we had so much fun using the kayaks and fireplace and we loved the upstairs room with the two bunk beds looking over the whole house! Definitely recommend ❤️

I HIGHLY recommend this beautiful unique Airbnb! Dawn was such a wonderful, friendly host who responded quickly when I had any questions. The check in was a breeze and as soon as we walked in you felt all of the comforts of home. For being an older home it sure was very clean and updated. I loved all of the unique decor. The airbnb had all of the amenities we needed and more! I mean EVERYTHING! There are also plenty of places to eat at grocery shop in the area . The location was absolutely perfect, so close to the shore and boardwalk just a short drive down the street. We will definitely be booking again in the future!

Kevin and Keith are standout hosts. They were extremely fast to respond ahead of our visit and were so accommodating when we had to request a reservation update. The home was wonderful - best location I've ever booked through air bnb. It was spotless, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the extra touches like the coffee station put it over the top. Its a fantastic location mere steps from Ocean Gate beach, and a very easy drive to the ocean. We will be booking again for our next trip to NJ!
